My minimum rate is **$40 per hour**. As a self-employed nanny, this rate includes my superannuation, tax obligations, and insurance, which I manage independently. It reflects my qualifications, extensive experience, ongoing professional development, and commitment to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality care.
