Meet Jan: A nanny in Mount Claremont, WA

Hello Parents,

I am a "young at heart" older nanny who loves devoting my time to caring for children.

Ensuring children have fun-filled days whilst learning about the world around them in safe surroundings is of utmost importance to me.

My previous roles when caring for children included school pick-ups, driving them to after school activities, taking them on outings, helping with homework, playing indoor board and card games, sharing reading time, teaching arts and crafts and assisting them to learn basic baking and cooking skills.

I was also responsible for making healthy snacks, dinners and treats for school lunch boxes.

When working for you, I will work solely for your family, giving you the flexibility to change the days and hours I work when the need arises. I am also happy to work during the school holidays.

Having grown up in a family with two working parents, and four siblings of both genders and varying ages, I am familiar with the need to be organised, and efficient with time management.

I will encourage your child/children to develop routines and undertake tasks as instructed by you to support learning independence as they grow.
