Meet Maria Trinidad: A nanny and babysitter in Karawara, WA

My name is Maria, I’m 30 years old and originally from Chile, currently living in Perth.

I have many years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns and babies to older kids and teenagers. I feel especially comfortable caring for babies and toddlers (0–2 years old), and I genuinely enjoy creating a calm, loving and safe environment where children feel happy, supported and encouraged to learn.

I started babysitting when I was around 15 years old, and coming from a big family, I naturally grew up helping care for my younger siblings as well. I’m a very caring, responsible, patient and trustworthy person, and I truly enjoy spending time with children and supporting their development through play, routines and daily care 😊

I also studied Education/Teaching for two years before changing careers, and during my university years I worked as a private maths tutor for children and teenagers. Because of this, I really enjoy helping children learn, explore their curiosity and build confidence in a fun and positive way.

I’m more than happy to help with:

• International Driver’s Licence

• WWC Check

• Police Check

• Plenty of references from parents

I don’t currently have a First Aid certificate, but I’m more than happy to get one if needed.
