Meet Lila: A nanny and babysitter in Glenroy, VIC

Hi lovely families my name is Lila and I have over 9 years of experience caring for children from 5 months up until 16 years. I hold certifications in First Aid and CPR, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and I am fully vaccinated. I also have a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle, making me flexible and dependable.

I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging spaces where children feel valued and inspired to grow. I’ve always had a deep love for caring for children. From a young age, I was drawn to looking after others because there’s something magical about the honesty, imagination, and playfulness that children bring into the world.

What I find most rewarding is nurturing their growth, supporting their curiosity, and being someone who helps them feel safe and seen. Working with children has also taught me so much about patience, creativity, and staying present.

Outside of work, I love cooking (I learned a lot from my stepdad who is a chef), practicing yoga, singing and playing my guitar, reading about spiritual philosophy and psychology, and taking my two kelpie dogs for long walks!
