Meet Gopal: A nanny in Scoresby, VIC

I am a patient, calm and genuinely caring person who believes every child learns differently and deserves support that

meets them where they are. I have spent the last few years coordinating training and mentoring people who were new to

a task, and I found real satisfaction in breaking things down into small, manageable steps and celebrating progress

rather than perfection. I am currently completing a Master's degree at Monash University, and I am drawn to this role

because I want to use my time and patience to help a child build confidence and independence, not just complete

homework. I take the time to understand what is behind a behaviour before reacting to it, and I am comfortable

adjusting my approach on the spot when something isn't working for the child in front of me.
