Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I'm currently a third-year medical student at UWA, with a Bachelor of Science degree as well. I pride myself on being reliable, well-organised, and outgoing, with a genuine love for babysitting and caring for children. I have my own car, a valid driver's license, a Working with Children Check, a police check, first aid certificate and I'm COVID-vaccinated. I offer flexible babysitting services, including casual arrangements, regular weekday afternoons/evenings, and extended periods (e.g., when parents are away for 2+ weeks). With several years of experience in childcare, I’m comfortable with children of all ages and can handle a variety of situations with patience and care. I also work casually at a private girls' school boarding house, where I help manage daily activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for the students. I’m happy to assist with afternoon extracurricular activities, homework, meal preparation, and bedtime routines, making sure your children feel comfortable and secure while you're away. I can provide references upon request, so you can feel confident in your decision. Looking forward to connecting with your family soon!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey everyone I’m an international student from China, just arrived in Perth. I’m looking for babysitting jobs. I’ll study for a Master of Social Work at UWA this year, so I’ve already received all the necessary documents, such as the police check and vaccines. I have also signed up for the first aid and CPR course and will apply for WWCC as soon as possible. I also graduated with a Master’s degree in gender and developmental studies from Uni Melbourne, and have worked in gender-related fields during the last four years in China, I advocated for gender equality, taught sex-ed courses for kids and their families, and initiated workshops on crochet, woodcut, painting and writing to promote gender equality. Additionally, I worked in Tibet for one year as a volunteer teacher teaching students aged 4-12, I played with them and taught them Mandarin, math and English. I like to be with kids, learn from them, and grow up with them. I like reading, writing, drawing, bouldering, bird-watching, and all kinds of DIY projects. So don't worry—I can always come up with ideas for playing with kids—at least, I'll try my best to do so! I love animals and once worked for a stray cat rescue team for 1 year. I also adopted 4 cats when I was in China and they are now living with my parents. I live in West Perth 6005 and don’t have a car right now, so I prefer to work in areas where the commute is less than one hour. I have a Chinese driver’s license, and I’ll start practicing driving soon, I hope this helps in the future. If you are interested or have any more questions, please DM me!! Thanks in advance 🍀🌱🎋🌿💞!!

Edit: Available one weekday or occasional day (even if you just need a once off) or eve/ night. ~ Fri OR Sat evening and one week-day after 9am. Sometimes will need a minimum of hours depending on location and rate. - Possibly build up to one or two days a week. Prefer North of River depending on traffic/times /amount of hours. -obviously has to be worth the time and travel. 🌸🌸Car is older two door hatchback -so just for getting me there and back rather than driving children around (odd occasion may be ok). -20+yrs exp babysitting. - Exp as Relief staff in childcare. All rooms. ~ Experience with autism. - afterschool care for various families. ~ Experience working in disabilities, mostly intellectual disabilities (group homes) and one on one. - experience driving two girls to the park ect -- (family provided me car). - Cert III Childcare - Cert III Mental Health - babysitting mostly ages 9mths plus. - can swim. References: can provide after meet-up (for ongoing positions with a fair amount of hours) (as with the nature of babysitting I can be picking up new families often) & wouldn't be fair to always be asking this of families; they are busy working families. :) - My First Aid + asthma anaphylaxis is expired (at this point). ~~~ Most of my babysitting has come from parents passing my number on. ~Anything else just ask. Thanks so much. :) Renee

Looking for: Part-time

Hi, I am the Nanny you need! I Have a Cert III in Childrens Services, specialising in cognitive, physical, social and emotional development (0-12) and am a qualified Education Assistant (K-10), specialising in Learning Support, specifically literacy and numeracy. In other words helping kids to fulfill their potential in a fun and nurturing way! I believe that the best way for children to learn is through play and discovery. Even learning times tables can be fun! I worked with triplets (2 boys, 1 girl) from aged 6 months until they began full time kindergarten. With two extremely busy expat working parents, I was responsible for shopping, cooking, washing and cleaning of general areas. I was also responsible for the social, emotional and educational needs of the children. I took them to swimming lessons, gymnastics, the park and any medical or general appointments as necessary. When they began kindy I tutored them in literacy 1 afternoon per week until their family relocated tp Brazil. They have since relocated to Canada and I maintain regular contact with them. For the last 8 years, I have been with a family with three daughters, twins who are now 8.5 and their sister who is just under two years older than them. My role in this household began as much the same as with the triplets, but now that all girls are in full time school my role has morphed a bit. I am now also responsible for, pickups, after school activities, homework/reading, preparation of all lunches and snacks for the next day, as well as prep and serving of dinner and ensuring baths/showers and teeth are done. I have also been with another family for 3.5 years. The twins in that family are 5.5 years old. They are now starting full time school which will leave me with some day time availability. From Term 1 2025 I will be available week days 9.30am - 2.00pm, with scope for full days every 2nd Tues and Wed. School holidays by negotiation. My ideal family would have 1-3 children (newborn to 4) and be looking for a long term professional Nanny.
