For 15 years I worked as a room leader at a small early learning centre, where I cared for children aged 0-6 and eventually was the Assistant Director for a few years. I also worked as a kindergarten assistant at a sessional kinder, while nannying for two families in the afternoon/ evenings. I left my role at the kinder and nannying at the end of 2019, just before my daughter was born. When I’m nannying, the children’s needs always come first.
