I have worked in childcare for 8 years now and have my certificate III in early childcare and education, first aid and drivers licence, I am currently undertaking a certificate III in school based education support. I am passionate about children and guiding them through some of the most important years of their lives. I am fun, energetic and love the outdoors and whilst I believe being a responsible role model for Children is important, building a relationship on trust and care is crucial as we all respond better to those we feel comfortable with. I also studied psychology in university for three years with my main interest being in developmental and behavioural psychology which has shown great benefits in my history throughout childcare. Hi! I’m Nisalma, im 21 years old, currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at Monash University. I would describe myself as bubbly, open-minded, charismatic, and incredibly passionate about working with children. Alongside my studies, I work as a swim instructor, teaching infants to adults, which I absolutely love. I’m also currently casually babysitting a wonderful 11-year-old boy and have been for about 6 months now, it’s been such a rewarding experience. I am on the hunt for a new family for 2025 my current family that I have been with for 3yrs is moving interstate at the end of the year. There children are currently 1yrold , 4 and 5 yrs old.
