Looking for: Full-time,Part-time

My name is Grace Park, and I currently live in Ringwood North, Melbourne. I am writing to express my sincere interest in joining your family as a nanny. While I do not have formal nanny experience, caring for children has been one of the most rewarding and meaningful parts of my life. I genuinely love spending time with children, helping them learn, grow, explore their interests, and feel safe, valued, and supported. In South Korea, I worked with the Gangdong YMCA, where I designed and led physical activity programs for children. This role allowed me to work closely with children of different ages and personalities, helping them build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy learning through movement and play. Seeing children smile, gain confidence, and achieve something new always brought me great satisfaction. In addition, while studying Dance at university, I completed a teacher training program that provided me with educational knowledge and practical skills in working with young learners. Through both my studies and experience, I learned the importance of patience, positive encouragement, and creating an environment where children feel respected, understood, and supported. Perhaps the most valuable experience I can offer comes from being a mother. I have raised two wonderful children, an older daughter and a younger son, and I have been actively involved in every stage of their growth and development. Rather than relying on private tutoring, I personally supported their learning and studied alongside them throughout their school years. Through consistency, patience, and encouragement, both of my children earned scholarships to respected private schools in Melbourne. I also encouraged their musical education from a very young age. My daughter began learning the violin at the age of three, and my son started when he was three and a half. I supported them through years of practice, performances, and examinations, and both successfully completed AMEB violin examinations. This experience taught me that every child develops differently and that kindness, patience, and positive encouragement can help children discover their strengths and achieve their goals. I am proud of the adults my children have become. Both went on to study at the University of Melbourne. My daughter completed a Master's degree in Nutrition and is now working for a major Australian company, while my son is currently studying Law at the University of Melbourne. For me, these achievements reflect not only academic success but also the values of perseverance, responsibility, and confidence that were nurtured throughout their upbringing. As a mother, I understand that children need more than supervision. They need someone who listens to them, encourages them, celebrates their successes, comforts them when they are struggling, and helps them feel secure and loved. I believe children thrive when they are surrounded by warmth, consistency, and genuine care, and these are qualities I naturally bring to my relationships with children. I am also a lifelong animal lover. Since childhood, I have always been surrounded by cats and dogs, and I have always felt comfortable caring for animals. Having pets has been a natural part of my life, and I would be very happy to assist with family pets as part of my role. I would describe myself as warm, reliable, patient, and nurturing. I genuinely enjoy building positive relationships with children and supporting families in whatever way I can. My goal is always to create a safe, happy, and caring environment where children feel confident, valued, and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves. Thank you very much for considering my application. I would be delighted to discuss how my experience, caring nature, and dedication to children's wellbeing could support your family. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your children. Kind regards, Jungwon Grace Park 0425 707 554 grace.wise.mum@gmail.com

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! I’m a 19 year old who absolutely loves spending time with children and making sure they feel safe, happy, and supported. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Biosciences with the dream of becoming a vet — caring for both animals and people has always been such a big part of who I am. I am currently employed for a lovely family, where my responsibilities include school and kindergarten dropoffs and pickups, transporting the children to after school activities, and providing attentive care while their parents are at work. I prioritise creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that supports the children’s wellbeing and development. In addition, I provide casual babysitting for a couple of other families on occasional weekend evenings. The children I currently care for range in age from 2 to 13 years. I have also spent time doing work experience at a childcare centre, where I looked after children of different ages, joined in on games and creative activities, reading to them, outside play, and keeping things tidy and organised. Getting to observe the childcare educators and how they interact with the children taught me valuable skills and insights into supporting kids in a positive and caring way. It really showed me how much I enjoy spending time with children and that this is something I really would love to be doing day to day. I have my P2 driver’s licence and my own car, so school/daycare drop-offs, pick-ups, and outings are no problem. I’m also happy to help around the house with cooking, light cleaning, or anything else that makes life a little easier for your family. My university schedule is quite flexible during the week, and I’m also available on weekends. I’m reliable, caring, and always bring a positive attitude. I am looking for some more part time/casual work and I’d love the chance to get to know your family and be someone you can trust to look after your children!!

Hi, I’m Debs. Mum of 3 wonderful grown up children. My background as a healthcare assistant on maternity suite and in the community sparked my love for caring. We have been a foster family for 10 years in the UK and have shared our hearts and home with many children of all ages. We continue to be in touch with almost every child that has blessed our home. We’re here in Australia as my husband is sponsored to work here. We can’t foster as you need permanent residency (we’re working towards that). I am currently in a retail role but my heart isn’t in it. I know taking care of children is my favourite thing to do. My youngest child is almost 18 and there’s no sign of any grandchildren in sight from my older two. I would love to help out a family and build a lasting relationship. I am trauma informed, do some sign language. Therapeutic trained. Love to clean. I would love to find the perfect family and really make a difference
