Ideally, any parents reaching out need someone to babysit/child mind once a week, once a fortnight, or to help in regards to an upcoming event. Background: I am currently in my second year of uni, studying a bachelor of arts at the University of Melbourne. I major in psychology, and hope to one day work as an animal assisted therapist for children. Availability: I am available to work every day, at any time (except Fridays between 10:30am and 3pm). I currently work with 2 lovely families. One that requires casual babysitting once every fortnight or so after hours, so my availability can fluctuate but I will happily convey this with you. And a second that requires before and after school help from 7:30am till 10am, and again from 3:30pm till 6pm. Rate: My rate is $40 per hour, but I charge an extra $10 per hour (ie. $50 per hour) if you are wanting me to stay past midnight. Services: 1. Babysitting/child minding 2. Pet sitting 3. Cooking 4. I have worked solo with classes of 3 to 20+ students at a time, and in team settings with 400 kids under my care. This means that I have gained a deep understanding as how to work with children who have learning difficulties and behavioural challenges. My work also requires me to have an employee wwcc and first aid certificate in an education and care setting. Upon request I am happy to share this with you. I have my license and can take kids to and from school/sport or any other activities.
