Looking for: Full-time

I first gained experience as a nanny since the age of 17 sitting for a two year old boy and since have worked with children in assistant coaching settings, volunteer after school club work, and took care of a 2 year old and 6 year old for 6 months over the summer period back home in Scotland. Responsibilities for this role included providing the kids with engaging activities on their days off, helping with school work, cooking meals, light cleaning duties around the house and putting them to bed for overnight sitting when the parents would wan to go out for social occasions. I understand the demanding work children require but genuinely found the job to be so rewarding and was able to form genuine bonds in trust and respect. I possess a PVG check which is the UK form of working with children and have gotten police check from the Victorian police which I'm happy to provide.

Hello! I'm currently a student however I really would like to help my dad out with the funding for a documentary. I'm an excellent student and loving bonding with children. I have always babysat my younger cousins from birth (now 6 years) and I honestly would like to just have a fun time!! Since I will only be available later in the evening I would love to have that sleepover/playdate kind of vibe and I can even bring snacks if you like (of course let me know of any allergies and or preferences). I'm pretty crafty as well as athletic so I can definitely change to suit you and your child's needs. Eg: bringing board games, soccer balls, paint and brushes, et cetera I have two blue budgies (Quack and Berry) and they're super cute so you should hire me to see how cute they are! :) OH also I can most likely help with any homework/academic-related questions they may have!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Families! My name is Leila, I am 24 and currently living in Melbourne, and originally from Scotland! At home, I worked as an Early Years Assistant for over 2 years at 'Thrive Childcare and Education', caring for and engaging with children from all walks of life, from the ages 0 to 5 years old (A job I absolutely loved!). Day to day, I created and got involved in new and engaging child-centred, creative and imaginative activities both indoors and out. My job also included personal care, such as changing and toileting support and overseeing mealtimes positively and safely. Alongside this, I tutored 5 to 15-year-olds in Maths and English at 'Kevs Class Tutoring', focusing not on academic outcomes but on building trusting relationships with parents and children to build confidence in these subjects. In the holidays, I also assisted in creating and running fun activity day camps for the same children, which was lots of fun! My degree in Psychology really kick-started my interest when learning about child development as part of my course, and the importance of a positive, fun and supportive environment and the carers a child is surrounded with. I absolutely love guiding and engaging children, and I find building relationships with both the children and their families such an important and rewarding part of the job. I look forward to hearing from you!
