Meet Chloe: A nanny in Carlton, VIC

Having been a nanny for over 15 years, one of the most valuable aspects of this role has been the life-long relationships I've formed with the families who have welcomed me into their home, and into their children's lives. I've nannied for all age groups, from newborns to teenagers, and I credit growing up in an exceptionally large family (yes, I'm the eldest... how predictable that I seek jobs with responsibility!) for my comfort in adapting to what different ages need. I'm a highly reliable, intuitive, gentle, and organised person, and as a nanny I aim to slip seamlessly into a family's way of parenting. I love getting to support and nurture what families naturally have going on, acting as additional person to mirror their values and care.
