Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am a warm, calm and highly experienced nanny with over 15 years’ experience caring for children from newborn through to teenage years in private family homes. I have worked in long term and ongoing roles, supporting families with full daily care, infant routines, school and kinder pick ups, homework assistance, meal preparation, creative play and overnight or holiday care. Alongside my nannying experience, I am also a mother to a four year old, which has deepened my understanding of children’s emotional needs, routines and development. I have recently stepped back from a fast paced corporate role to return to Nannying part time, a role I genuinely love and one that compliments my family life. Families value my calm, reliable nature, strong communication skills and my ability to create a safe, nurturing and structured environment where children feel supported and happy.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

As a former Drama, Art and Media Teacher I have over 35 years experience working with both Secondary & Primary Students. I have run my own Dog training and walking by business for the last 20 years. Over the past 10 years I have worked as a nanny for some lovely families and have found the experience very fulfilling. Over the last 3 years I have been employed by the Moheit family, caring primarily for their now 9 yr old daughter and also helping out with their 12 yr old son. I have only left their employ as the mum suddenly had to leave her job. I worked from 3.30-6.30 Tuesday till Thursday, picking up the daughter, caring for her at home, preparing dinner, helping out with laundry etc & driving the kids to sporting activities. During 2022 I worked for a wonderful family in Camberwell caring for their two daughters Each day I picked up the girls from school, assisted with cleaning, tidying up, washing etc, cooked dinner, helping with homework & driving them to activities. In 2021 I cared for 2 children aged 7yrs & 4 yrs, picking them up from kinder and school. I took them swimming, liased with other parents for frequent play dates, organised social play at local park during the pandemic lockdowns, assisted with online learning and worked many full time days throughout school holidays or when children had to quarantine. During 2019-2020 I was a nanny to two boys in Richmond. Concurrently I run my own Dog Walking & Training business. I have a genuine love and a special gift connecting with children. I am a very caring, reliable, fun, warm, patient, responsible creative, sporty person with a degree specializing in Art, Drama and Media. I really value education and love tutoring kids, thrive in a family environment and just benefit from being around children. Looking for: Full-time

Hi my name is Joanne. I have over 20 years of experience. I have worked for many families whether it was causal, part time or full time. I worked as a coordinator for Camp Australia for a while which is a before and after school program. I am currently finishing up a full time job with a family of 3 boys in Toorak and still often help out my disabled brother. Before that I was in richmond full time looking after twin 5 year old girls and helping out with a newborn for 9 months! During covid 2020/2021 I helped out my disabled brother ( as he had funding ) in cooking, shopping, cleaning, driving to appointments, keeping everything organised and tidy etc etc... Nanny full time jobs were hard to come by and I just finished up with my previous nanny job just before covid hit... The job before that was a full time nanny/housekeeper job in Richmond was with 3 school aged children around early December... 7/9/11 years old.. I have worked for them for just over a year and ready to move on to my next family. I picked them up from school, took them to their sports activities, cooked and did light house work. Helped them with their homework and had many excusions out together in school holidays.. I also set up many play dates for the kids during school time and holiday time..They are amazing family who I will miss dearly. Before that I work for a family for 9 months full time nanny/housekeeper job in kew. I was looking after two boys aged 9 an d 10 years old. I was working for a divorced dad who worked many hours and needed help with his kids from time to time and the house. I also helped out next door where the kid's grandad lived with household duties. They are a amazing family with the best manners i have ever seen.. lol Loved spending time with everyone in that family.. They were so supportive/ welcoming and friendly. During those months I grew very attached to the kids and vice versa. My role was to help look after the kids on dad's week and help maintain the house the following week. Unfortunately for me the family can no longer carry out a full time position for me due to their circumstances. At least i get to catch up with the kids from time to time to see how they are going.. which I am always happy about! My resume will show my other experiences i have had over the many years! I am a fun, confident, caring Nanny or house keeper who is always punctual and loves to organise..I play state league indoor Volleyball and train twice a week and play Saturdays and also now coach other nights too. I have fantastic references from families I have nanny over the years. I can't wait to meet the next family I will be working with and getting to know. I am looking for a permanent full time job or even a year to year contract. 40 hours+ Super preferred. $35 an hr.. I do prefer the kinder/school age roles now with housekeeping as i get older.I look forward to meeting you and your family to discuss anything else further.

My name is Charlie, I am 18 years old. Last year I graduated from Melbourne Girls Grammar, and this year I am studying Science at Monash University. I am the eldest daughter and granddaughter across all my family, so to say I have experience with kids is an understatement. I have been looking after all my cousins and especially my siblings for as long as I can remember. Because of my experience with children, I have also been babysitting for other families on and off since I was 13. More recently, I've also started working with a neurodivergent boy who I help look after and mentor each week. I would like to say that I am very good with kids because I am very patient with them, I am an empath and I care for everyone more than they know. I am incredibly genuine and laid-back, as my family would say. I also enjoy cleaning and organising a lot so if that is required from me I am more than happy to help in that way too.

NANNY AND NURSE - NEWBORN/INFANT SPECIALIST AND HOUSEHOLD MANAGER Hi Families, I’m a Registered Nurse, Child & Family Health Nurse and childcare qualified nanny with over 11 years experience working with babies, young children and families. Over the years I’ve worked as a private nanny, paediatric nurse, and in early childhood settings - but nannying has always been what I’ve loved most. I really value the closeness of working alongside one family and becoming a long-term trusted, consistent support. Most of my experience has been with newborns and infants, including long-term roles caring for babies from birth through toddlerhood. Some of my previous roles have included: • Newborn from birth until 18 months (40-50hrs/week) • 12 week old baby until 2.5 years old • Live-in maternity nanny support - newborn and mother in the early postpartum period • Infant room educator in childcare • Travel nanny - families with multiple children and overseas travel • Twin newborns - night and day nanny The newborn/infant stage is genuinely my favourite age to work with. I love everything that comes with those early years - feeding, settling, routines, introducing solids, developmental play, getting out for walks and activities, and helping parents feel a little more supported and rested during a stage that can be beautiful but also exhausting. Alongside nannying, every role I’ve had has also involved helping households run more smoothly day to day. I’m very comfortable assisting with family laundry, keeping kitchens tidy, meal prep/light cooking, changing bed linen, nursery organisation, grocery shopping and running errands. I’m naturally very organised and genuinely enjoy helping create a calmer, more manageable home environment for busy families. Something I really value is the relationships that come from this work. Every nannying role I’ve had has been long-term, and I’ve stayed in contact with all of the families over the years. I think inviting someone into your home and into your child’s life is a huge thing, and I never take that trust lightly. Becoming a mum myself has only deepened that understanding. At the moment I’m looking for a role ideally 2-4 days per week with a family wanting ongoing, long-term support. My rate begins at $40/hr. Qualifications & Checks: • Bachelor of Nursing • Postgraduate Diploma in Child & Family Health Nursing • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care • Working With Children Check • Police Check • First Aid & CPR If I sound like I could be a good fit for your family, I’d love to hear from you. Please comment below and I’ll be in touch! Many thanks, Jasmine

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey there, My name is Chloe and I've been nannying/babysitting for many years around the Bayside area. I nannied full-time for two separate families between June 2017 and August 2019 whilst completing my undergraduate studies, and have babysat for various families in the area since 2016. I grew up in a big extended family (on both sides), and have always been surrounded by kids, toddlers and babies. I studied Nursing/Midwifery for a year after school, and whilst this wasn't the career for me in the end, I learnt a great deal in that year. I'm still very interested in childhood development and love getting to know kids of all ages; I think they can teach you great perspective and how to enjoy the little things in life. I also became an Auntie in 2023 and have been helping my brother and SIL out with the little one ever since, so I’m very comfortable with babies and toddlers! My gorgeous niece is now 2.5 :) I'm involved in a school tutoring program for children living in the Collingwood and Richmond commission housing through Operation Stitches and am finding this extremely rewarding to be a part of. I tutor two Year 6 kids and it's been fantastic to watch them grow in both confidence and skills throughout the school year. A bit about me - I love to get out in nature as much as possible, enjoy gardening and tending to my ridiculous amount of indoor plants! I'm a huge animal lover, and volunteer with a rescue organisation which I absolutely love; they have a farm sanctuary in the Yarra Valley which I try to get to once a month. I also love to cook, head on walks with my 8 yo dog and I certainly get around a board game! Regarding my availability, I'm currently working at a cafe as I was made redundant from my corporate role in December, so my availability changes week to week. I'm available weeknights after 3pm and weekends for the foreseeable future. I want to be transparent that I am looking for a full-time role in my field, but I don't know how long that will take. Due to this, I'm not a suitable match for families who are looking for a long-term commitment and I also don't want to waste your time! I'm currently working at a cafe 4-5 days a week and finish by 2.30/3pm each day I’m there. The roster changes slightly week to week, but my manager can be flexible for certain days off to accommodate my nannying/babysitting if need be. I have a WWCC, Police Check and First Aid and am happy to provide all of this to you if you'd like. I can also provide you with references, both current and past families. Feel free to get in touch! Thanks, Chloe
