I am currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), which has further strengthened my passion for health, wellbeing, and supporting others in their day-to-day lives. While my childcare experience has primarily come from caring for children within my family, I bring a calm, responsible, and nurturing approach to caregiving. I am highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing routines while creating a positive and supportive environment for children. I also have over seven years of experience working in professional office environments, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Although I have enjoyed my professional career, I have always been drawn to roles where I can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. When I'm not studying or working, you'll usually find me spending time with my fiancé (we're getting married in February 2027!), visiting local markets on the weekends, staying active, cooking, or catching up with friends and family. Hi there families, My name is Rachel and I have been working in the care industry my whole life, I have worked in Long daycare, sessional kindergarten, as a nanny, doula, house manager, personal assistant, babysitter and drama teacher. I have over 10 years experience behind me. I have done a lot of PD on children's development and have plenty of hands on experience with children with disabilities.
