Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I'm Eve, I'm 21 years old and grew up in Ballarat with 3 siblings (2 older, one younger) so I know the work it takes to care for a large family and a busy one. I moved to Melbourne when I began university at La Trobe, I'm studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Media and Communications (and loving every second of it). Since I was 14 I have worked as a babysitter caring for children ranging from newborns to early high school-aged children. Tasks that I undertook during this time were: changing nappies, bottle feedings, learning stimulated play (eg. tummy time for newborns, arts & crafts to engage fine motor movements and imaginary play), assisting with homework (eg. reading books with young children & helping older ages with tasks set by teachers) and home keeping tasks (cooking and cleaning). If I worked for your family I would love to create fun experiences for the children that also support their learning. This can be attending a trampoline park (active health, as well as social etiquette, can be learnt here), and other fun activities such as the zoo and aquarium would be an exciting adventure. Lots of fun activities can be done from home as well, such as building blanket forts, various arts and crafts and learning sports just to name a few. I look forward to building bonds with a family!

In the past, I took care of children of different age groups in Turkey and attended to their daily needs. My main responsibilities were ensuring the safety of the children and contributing to their development through educational and fun activities. Additionally, I maintained effective communication with parents and provided flexible and responsible care based on their requests and the individual needs of the children.

I am married with 2 daughters of my own aged 7 and 9 years. I was fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mum until my youngest started school last year. From April 23 to July 24 I worked with a beautiful family looking after their little boy, 3 days a week. I started with them when he was 4 1/2 months old. During that time we would fill our days with walks to the local parks, attending playgroups and toddler time at the library, even the odd trip to the zoo or science works. I am reliable, kind and nurturing. I also stick to family routines. I am happy to do light housekeeping duties. If you think I maybe a good fit for your family please reach out so we can chat further.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I am new to this industry although experienced in the field. I myself, had always been a working mother, working as a bookkeeper, balancing work and family life for over 13 years, and I am great at it! Not only caring for my daughter, I was also caring for my my mum with Alzheimers. I ceased work in an "office" environment to become fulltime carer giver to my mum until her death in 2022. Taking on a fresh approach, I now dedicate my free time as a Volunteer and run programmes at a local community centre. I hold youth nights, and run kids school holiday programs. My focus and passion is to help kids engage socially, encourage tech free play, as well as giving parents some free time. I have always been big on early learning, teaching my daughter, and children of family members prepare for school. I am the "aunty" babysitter for children of friends and family. My daughter is in her teens now, and I have more time on my hands, and I would love to share my skills, and be that "aunty" to your child. I am also a Victorian foster carer. I have successfully cared for a 4 year old non verbal child, and nurtured a prem newborn until she was ready to be handed back to the family. I am a very engaging person, with a focus on keeping kids busy and emphasis on learning through play. Whether it be playing board games, creating with art/craft activities, playing ball games, playing at the park, or reading. (Please forgive me if I remove their ipad or gadget:) ). I thrive on seeing kids thrive! I can be flexible with availability, and negotiable on rates depending on frequency of the shift, and location. Please dont hesitate to call me, happy to chat, and work out a plan together. Look forward to meeeting you. Zia (Aunt) Letizia

I am a mother to twins, now 22, female and male with extensive experience in community involvement, business management, and youth justice, I bring a deep commitment to care, responsibility , and personal integrity. I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, and staying active, and I would be delighted to share these passions with your family. I hold a current first aid Certificate and a Fire Training Certificate, ensuring I am well-prepared to handle emergencies should they arise. In addition, I have maintained an excellent driving record over the past decade, and I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with three booster shots, ensuring the utmost care for your family's health. Hello lovely Parents, I'm a warm, creative and responsible woman who has proof of experience with young children. I truly enjoy playing, discovering and learning from each unique personality of my young friends. I've been working in children's birthday parties and babysitting since I was 15. The most exciting experience was held in 2021 when I worked as a teacher/facilitator of a weekly workshop on "Art and Game" for groups of 3-6 and 7-10 years old where I created and co-created fun and meaningful experiences in all sort of topics (ask me about it! :) ). I Have a certificate of Yoga for children from which tools I've wanted to apply again. I believe that each parent is truly doing the best they can for his son/daughter, so I'm more than happy to respect your style and rules. Honest communication and constructive feedback are a must. Looking forward to hearing from you :). Thank you for your trust.
