I am a compassionate, organized, and a hardworking professional, with significant experience in the childcare industry. I have over 10 years experience as both a nanny and childcare worker in the past and current kinder teacher My career to date has given me the opportunity to work with various families, where I gained vital skills that were transferable across each family I worked with. Throughout my 10 years of childcare I have been able to gain skills and knowledge and build memorable relationships with families. As a people person by nature, I thrive off the relationships I am able to cultivate with not only the children, but the parents as well. I find immense gratification in my field of work, and eagerly await the opportunity to hit the ground running in the next chapter of my career.

I have been a nanny and childcare worker with over 20 years experience plus I have my own primary school aged children. I am currently looking for 1- 3 days. I have a diploma in Counselling and Auslan. Finished my graduate certificate of family violence last year. In the last 5 years of my nanny career my jobs came from word of mouth around bayside so I haven't used this sight for a very long time. I have GREAT references, first aid, police check, working with children's check and a car. In the past I have had families with as many as 4 children, even one with 2 sets of twins ages 6 mths and 2 yrd so I have no worries when it comes to chaos and doing 10 things at the same time. I'm a FANTASTIC nanny, I love to be outdoors, dance and sing to music, beach trips, depending on the age I've had a lot of children who love train trips, or just sitting around watching the birds fly by and playing in the dirt. I have had many families though out my time of being a nanny and I totally believe the best way for a family and a nanny to work successfully is communication. I look forward from hearing from you. Thanks Louise

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Nicole! I am an experienced babysitter and am currently in Monash University majoring in History. I love to do pretty much anything that involves trying new things, creativity, thinking, or talking. I just love forming connections with little humans and watching them learn about this world. My philosophy for childcare is balance. Children need a balance of discipline and freedom, routine and novelty, and independence and care. And ultimately, as with dealing with adults, I believe everything should come from a place of empathy. I first found a passion for caring for children by voluntarily looking after young family friends and then decided to make a job out of it. I have worked professionally with 3 families; 3 girls (2, 4, 6), a boy (5) and girl (7), and 2 girls (8 months, 5) with 3 total years of experience. I also do casual work as a teaching assistant in a high school. I would love to get to know you and your family and help your child become the best version of themselves!
