Hello, I would love to take care of your children, with both seriousness and a good dose of fun 😊 I’m French and currently looking for a babysitting opportunity. I already have experience and I’m also a very involved aunt! I regularly look after my nephews and nieces (from 6 months to 6 years old), so I’m used to daily routines like meals, nap time (sometimes a bit of a challenge 😄), games, and story time. With me, kids don’t get bored! I enjoy proposing simple and fun activities like drawing, playing, reading, or going for walks. I always adapt to their mood and energy. I’m caring, patient, and responsible, and I always make sure children feel safe and happy. My English isn’t perfect yet, but I’m very motivated to improve — and what better way than learning while spending time with kids 😊 I’d be happy to chat with you! See you soon,

Hiii!!! My name is Stella and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Monash University. I am actively seeking casual work opportunities and believe that babysitting aligns perfectly with my passion for nurturing young minds. My experience working with kids has been fulfilling; I have tutored in subjects like maths, science, and English, which has strengthened my communication skills and has allowed me to really enjoy working with children of varying ages. I have also enjoyed casual babysitting from kids from 9 months to 10 years old, and lastly I currently work casually with children with disabilities. Additionally, I feel like I naturally get along with kids, making it easy for me to connect with children, providing a supportive and fun environment. I am also very comfortable around animals, as I have 4 at home, which could be an added benefit for families with pets. Looking for: Part-time

I have just finished working with a 2.5 year-old that I have been looking after since he was about five months old. He has transitioned daycare. I’ve just started working with a six month old twice a week but I’m looking for a few more hours ideally with a newborn or very young baby. After completing my diploma at Melbourne University in 1993 I began my career in childcare Centres in Melbourne for 3 years before heading overseas to work as a nanny. USA, Switzerland, England and Australia I worked long term positions and grew close to the families I worked with. I now have 2 children of my own (14 &15) and have been working consistently for the last 6 years and have current references.I feel comfortable with children of all ages, have newborn experience, (let me help set up good sleep and feeding routines), and have had experience working with twins. I am active and enjoy spending time at the park or going for a walk, love creative art with kids, happy to prepare food and help out where needed. I’ve completed first aid many times but need to update. Please reach out if you feel. I might be a good match for your family and are looking for care once to twice a week.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am originally from the UK, and I have been in Australia for over a year. I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work in such a beautiful country. My background is in early years, and I have been working with children since 2016 in various capacities. I am a bubbly, empathetic, caring individual, and I have a nurturing, enthusiastic approach to working with children. I like to create a positive, and calming environment for children to learn and grow within. I have worked as a teaching assistant with a child with additional needs, this gave me a lot of experience with adaptability and emphasised the need for a flexible approach to learning. I have been an au pair for three different families, working with children aged 6 months, up to 4 years old. I have cared for multiple children at one time, including caring for twins. I believe understanding the child’s routine within the home is a crucial part of helping families with their day to day lives. As I have volunteered for a family based charity, I understand how important it can be to have people to support families, especially in the early years. I have a wide range of skills, and I am eager to put them into practice. I have a strong work ethic, kindness, patience, and a strong passion for working with children. I am currently working as a barista part time, but i am looking for something more permanent within nannying. References available upon request.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey families, My name is Marnie, and I'm 34, I have over 19 years of experience in teaching, childcare and nannying and find these roles both professionally rewarding as well as consistent with my personal values. In addition, I have a Bachelor of Education (Primary), Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and a Certificate 3 in Children's Services. Over the past four years, I have been a classroom teacher at a primary school in Brighton East. My role as a teacher has encompassed various aspects of children’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Being a teacher is incredibly rewarding. Not only do you see students’ growth and progress academically, but you can build connections, make a meaningful difference and leave a long-lasting impact on these students' lives. I have a deep understanding of child development, learning styles, and age-appropriate activities. This knowledge allowed me to create engaging and educational experiences for children in my care. I have experience in managing various classrooms and working with diverse groups of students honing my ability to handle different behaviours and adapt to individual needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children I care for. But there is one thing I truly miss, caring for children in their home. Being that person in a household who is spreading kindness, care, and support. Before becoming a primary school teacher, I was a nanny. I have worked for several families within Australia and internationally (USA and Canada). My responsibilities included caring for newborn twins, and older children, following routines (including sleep patterns, feeding, and bathing), assisting with household cleaning, driving children to and from after-school activities, assisting with homework, and maintaining close communication with parents. Whilst I was studying for my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, where I was successful in gaining a scholarship through Swinburne University of Technology, to go to Vietnam. During this visit, I was volunteering in Hanoi, teaching English to prep-aged children. It was a fantastic experience and extended my childcare experience, as well as providing learning experiences in another culture, and participating in their usual day-to-day life activities. Prior to this experience, I was a nanny in America. This position involved living-in with a family in New Jersey, USA where I cared for their two children (girls now aged 4 and 8). Living full-time in the family house meant that it was important that my approach and behaviours aligned with the rules and principles of the family. I've also taken on additional roles working with children, such as a Ski Instructor at Mt Buller Ski Resort and an Assistant Educator at Explorer’s Early Learning Centre. These positions showcase my proficiency and professionalism in the field. I have a mature, responsible, and professional way of caring for children and I pride myself on creating a positive, happy environment in which children can thrive. As I'm a primary school teacher, I would not be able to start exactly at 3:30 pm, as that's when our school day ends. However, depending on where you're located, I could get there by 3:45-4:00 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We have meetings on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I wouldn't be able to start until 5:00 pm.
