Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Annika, I’m 21 years old and a third year university student at the University of Melbourne with an aspiration to study a Masters of Education postgrad due to my adoration for young kids. I’ve previously worked with children whilst being an expat living in China, both teaching year 1-2 students English and assisting in an orphanage with around-the-house care. I have also taken Education classes while in University, which involved hands-on experience with kindergarteners and teaching them new concepts. I have my own car so I’m more than happy to utilise it whenever necessary to lend a helping hand. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have! :)

Hi! I'm Keiko (pronounced cake-o) and I'm a 21 year old student. I'm a very active person, I love sports and being outside. I also love singing and dancing (particularly musical theatre), and am quite an avid reader. I love playing with kids, I've always enjoyed imaginative play and never really grew out of it. I moved to Australia when I was 12 from France, so I am a native French speaker (but grew up in an English speaking household, hence why I speak both languages). I do quite a lot of casual babysitting in my free time, and I've been with the families I babysit for, for years now, but am looking for some more hours.

Looking for: Part-time

Hi, I’m Aanya! I’m 22 years old and a very experienced babysitter who would love the opportunity to nanny for a family looking for someone like me :) I am a positive, enthusiastic and warm person, who finds caring for kids the most rewarding and enjoyable job in the world. I spent most of my teenage years babysitting, and have been working multiple part time nanny jobs the last 5 years post school, while also balancing a couple different tafe courses. I have a range of experience with different families, and have looked after kids between 7 months and 12 years old. I love to read, bake, and enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family as I grew up road tripping/camping all over the country. I’m an extroverted girl who loves dogs, shopping, the beach and walking. I discovered my love for kids through childcare centre volunteer work as a teen, and in the last 5 years have worked both full time and part time jobs as a nanny for multiple families, gaining lots of experience. I’ve learnt patience and empathy through caring for kids, and the importance of being warm and understanding as at the end of the day, these are childrens minds and hearts I am helping to grow, which is an amazing thing to get to experience. I love outdoor sensory play, trips to the park or taking the baby for a walk in the pram, quiet time reading books, arts and craft as well as baking with the kids. I aim to foster a creative and fun space, but also a deeper relationship where they can trust me. I‘m super clean and organised, and have no problem doing housework, cooking meals, cleaning up after play and have experience driving kids around and doing kinder drops-offs/pick-ups. I have both my police check and WWCC. I currently nanny Mon-Wed during the week for a family with two girls ages 20 months and 4 years old, so am preferably looking for Thursday and Friday positions, but can definitely shuffle some things around for the right fit. I am first aid/cpr trained, and have completed the early learning education and trainings Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations course. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for a child, and aim to prioritise that fully. I love working closly with parents to learn what parenting styles work for them, and how to implement any techniques into my time spent with the kiddos. Please feel free to get in touch if you have anymore questions regarding me and my experience, or if I seem a good fit for your family. I look forward to chatting with you :)

I’m based in Mont Albert and have my driver’s licence, so I’m very happy to travel to nearby areas. I have over five years of experience caring for children from 3 months to 15 years, in both short- and long-term roles, and I genuinely love being around kids and supporting families where I can. Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families! My name is Sarah and I am a 21-year-old 3rd year university student who has just returned home to Melbourne after 6 months of au pairing in London for a beautiful family of 5 (made up of a 4-year-old girl, and two boys aged 8 and 10) and family of 4 (with an 11-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl). I have been working with children aged 2-17 in a professional setting since 2021 and love it. I’m looking to nanny/babysit for a family looking for a responsible, fun big sister figure to lend an extra pair of hands! Currently, I’m completing a double degree at Monash University (Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Art History & Curating) and, through this, also spent last year volunteering at a contemporary art gallery, ACCA. I love baking, playing cello, travelling, trying new foods, playing tennis and look forward to working in art journalism after graduation. In 2021, I worked as a cello assistant at a children’s orchestral program (WSSO) that I, myself, played in for many years as a kid who grew up in a family of classical musicians. After graduating high school, I moved interstate to Melbourne and in 2023 started nannying as well as teaching cello at Cantabile School of Music to students as young as 5. Most recently, I spent the first 6 months of last year nannying full time, looking after a 3-year-old girl whose mum who needed some extra help due to an injury. I worked 5 days a week grocery shopping, doing housework (laundry, dishwashing, kitty litter etc), cooking meals, changing nappies, driving to and from daycare, and of course playing. I still keep in close contact with the mum and occasionally babysit for them! The rest of 2025 was spent au pairing in London and backpacking around Europe between working for each family. Travelling and working with kids are two great passions of mine so au pairing was an incredible experience. As they were live-in positions, I formed a tight bond with the kids- we found it so difficult to say goodbye to each other and I made sure to shower them with presents! I worked 5 days a week with responsibilities similar to my previous job. It was great fun! As someone who grew up with nannies from ages 9-14, I have so many amazing memories with my unofficial big sisters and love pass this on to any kid in my care. I have an imaginative, bubbly, can-do personality and find that I can easily keep up with children. Working with kids has always been the best part of my job, it doesn't even feel like work. I grew up with dogs and cats and petsit on the side so if you have pets, I consider that a bonus! I'm fully vaccinated, first aid and CPR certified, have a victorian driver's license and car, hold a working with children card (VIC & QLD), and have undergone a police check. If you think I might be the right nanny for your family, I would absolutely love to hear from you! Sarah😊
