Looking for: Part-time

Hello, my name is Robyn and I am 29. I moved to Melbourne 4 years ago and am loving it here. I have five years experience as a nanny. I have worked for various families with children aged between 6 months and 11 years, part time and full time. These have been a mix between sole care and home help roles. Through these roles I have developed a number of skills which I believe are valuable in nannying and childcare. Examples include providing a safe and fun environment for children, coming up with activities which foster learning and development, and respect for the family’s way of raising their children. I currently work for two families across three days. I can provide a resume and outstanding references for you to call if you would like. Caring for children and seeing them develop and grow is something that brings me joy and is very rewarding. I am a reliable, hard working person who always brings a positive attitude to the day. I believe my kind and caring personality is perfect for childcare. I understand that hiring a nanny is indeed like bringing another person into your home and family. It would be much appreciated if you would take the time to consider my application. I would love to meet with you to see if I would be a good fit for your family.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Families, I’m a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing, as well as a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator. For the past 10 years I’ve worked as a Private Nanny, Paediatric Nurse and Childcare Educator. My experience has seen me working with newborns as a Maternity and Infant Nanny (both live in and live out positions), with infants in childcare centres in the Nursery room, and as a Paediatric Nurse at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Furthermore, in June 2024 I became a mum – so I’ve truly experienced firsthand the incredible whirlwind of welcoming a baby. After a few wonderful months at home with my son, I’m now looking to return to the workforce and believe returning to the nanny industry will give me and my family the best possible work-life balance. I'm hoping to find an infant nannying position as this is the age I adore and thrive with. My rate $40-45/hr and I'm happy to assist with housekeeping / household management duties, errands and more. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss the possibility of me being the lucky nanny to join your family. Many thanks, Jasmine

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I have taken my company's redundancy program, ending my employment last July 2024. This is a big reset for me (knowing that my circumstance , now with an older daughter who is already independent)have changed. I have done my 5 months calming down, have few volunteer works in line, and still have a lot of energy at 52 years old to do more and be active. Although I have no professional baby-sitting experience in my resume, I have to say I love being around children, and am proud to have cared for my daughter , and have helped raised and cared for a niece and a nephew. I like doing my domestic chores (a household of 3) from cleaning, gardening, vacuuming, ironing/laundry, cooking, bedroom grooming, and will be comfortable doing these for a job, on top of caring for the baby/children as a priority, with care and respect. I have a very reliable car, have been driving for the last 25 years(with a clean record), and I have a current Working With Children Certificate (WWC) as a volunteer. IIf it helps with my application, I am willing to go for a baby sitting trial even without pay if it helps. I am up for an interview and suggested trial as i understand the importance of blending well with the dynamics of your family life style/work/domestic requirements. I hope to hear from your soon.
