Hey there my name’s Katie, I’m 22 yrs old and live at Mount Cotton. In my free time I find myself going to the gym, spending time at the beach, hanging out with my family and friends & finding new places to eat. I have my Diploma as well as a Cert 3 in Childhood Education and Care. I have my own car, blue card, and First Aid/CPR  up to date. I’ve worked in Childcare for over 3yrs varying from 10week olds to 6yr olds and then have been nannying for the last 1-2 years from ages 2 - 11. I am however still currently nannying for a family every Tuesday & Friday & on the occasional weekends but am free every other day and ready to start ASAP!! I am a very kind, gentle and patient person with a lot of fun and positivity to bring to a family. I have a happy, bubbly personality and I absolutely love being around kids and seeing their imaginations grow and get creative. I’m reliable, easy going, and want to be there for support for the kids as they grow and learn. 😊

I have been nannying for a long long time (over 30 yrs) and I’m still loving it! My experience in the childcare industry ranges from working in childcare centres in the early days, to various nanny positions over the years, to raising my own two children, which are now 20 and 24. I also have two granddaughters ages 2.5 and 15 months I have my Certificate in Nanny Training through Charlton Brown and my Diploma of Childcare and Education. I do currently have a nanny position at the moment for two full days (Thursday and Friday) and before and after school care on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before school care. I am looking for another position to fill in for a few hours on the Tuesday and Wednesday (9am to 1.30pm) I like baking, camping, four wheel driving, bushwalking and generally being outdoors. I have only included the last few years nanny positions that I have had. I do have my previous ones available in my physical resume.
