As a current youth leader and children’s leader (primarily between the ages of 2-6yrs but also between the ages of 6-12yrs), I’ve developed strong skills in engaging kids of various ages, fostering their growth, and creating a safe, fun environment. I also have hands-on babysitting experience with a family of three children, managing routines, activities, and care with patience and reliability.
