Halfway through 2021, I began caring for an eleven-year-old girl through to her twelfth birthday in early 2022. Her mother is off work for the time being, so I was no longer needed. My duties included school pick-up, chore checking, making dinner, homework help, and dishwashing. From January to February 2022 I cared for a nine-month-old boy. This position was short because the family were staying in the state only temporarily due to housing trouble. My duties included feeding, playtime, naps, baths, and assistance with learning to crawl.
