Cooking is one of my biggest passions. Over the past years I've dedicated a lot of time to studying nutrition, meal planning and healthy cooking techniques. I now focus on preparing fresh, balanced and often organic meals that support both children and adults. I love creating nourishing recipes, healthy snacks and weekly meal preps that simplify family life and bring joy to the table. Outside of work, I live a healthy, active lifestyle. I enjoy training at the gym, cooking, exploring new recipes, learning about nutrition and spending quality time with the people I love. I am always learning, improving my skills and bringing thoughtful ideas into the homes I work with.
