Hello Families, My name is Kendall Alcorn, and I am a Diploma-qualified educator with nearly four years of experience in the childcare industry. I am passionate about supporting children as they learn and grow through their interests. Building meaningful connections with children and families is something I truly cherish and find incredibly rewarding. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working as a Room Leader in both nursery and toddler rooms across two childcare centres. These roles have provided me with valuable experience in fostering strong relationships with families and helping children thrive in their development.

I AM A VERY EXPERIENCED BABYSITTER AND FORMER NANNY. I GREW UP IN A LARGE FAMILY AND HAVE OFTEN BEEN THE SOLE CARER FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. AS WELL AS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN ON-CALL AND CASUAL BABYSITTING.I have experience with all ages including newborns, I have also had experience with special needs children, twins and children who others considered 'difficult'. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood and Education Care and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education through Swinburne University Online. I hold a current first aid and CPR certificate, an Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate and a current WWCC check.

I am a hard working and passionate person who strives to improve my skills in all different aspects. I work well in team environments and individually. I have a strong passion for working with children as I find it extremely rewarding to watch them develop and grow.
