I am a 23 year old Pilates instructor who used to nanny full time and is really missing it, so thought it was time to find another family. I have been in the childcare industry since the age of 15 when I started instructing Taekwondo for primary school kids. Since then, I have worked for numerous families in both Canberra (my hometown) and Sydney, including living with a family last year as an au pair. The youngest I have cared for is 3 months, and I have experience with learning and physical disabilities from working in after school care at my old high school.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I truly enjoy spending time with children and creating a safe, happy, caring, and engaging environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. My experience at Montessori Academy and WeKidz Early Learning Centre has helped me understand how to support children’s development through patience, respect, and creativity. I have also had the opportunity to babysit children of different ages, including two boys aged 12 and 15, as well as a one-year-old baby girl. These experiences have taught me how to connect with each child in a way that suits their personality—whether that means having meaningful conversations with older kids or providing gentle, attentive care for younger ones. I love bringing creativity into my time with children through activities like drawing, storytelling, and imaginative play. At the same time, I focus on building trust and strong relationships so that children feel safe, respected, and understood. I believe that good childcare is not just about supervision, but about forming a genuine connection, being reliable, and creating a positive space where children can grow, learn, and feel valued.

Looking for: Full-time

I am 20 years old and recently moved to Sydney from Wales in January after travelling the east coast. At home I have a range of work experience in primary education and also dog sitting for various families. I am currently enrolled in primary education degree and love spending time with the children and watching them enjoy and develop their education. I excel in the playful aspect, for example, on my placement I set up “fairy cameras” for Christmas and they loved the idea that Santa was watching over our class and in Australia I have tried to maintain my relationship with my class by sending videos from Australia zoo to show them all the new animals and making them laugh with my skydiving video! I mainly have experience with 3-7 years old. Additionally, I have dog sat for a year back in Wales and volunteered in a dog shelter. I believe this experience alongside my teaching assistant placement helps to show that I am caring, trustworthy and responsible. I looked after a few families in particular with their pets, and on a regular basis have their pets stay with me. I would love the opportunity to help a family out and give them the flexibility they need to maintain a healthy work life balance! I’m currently nannying for 4 crazy boys with great personalities but I’m looking for something more closer to where I’m located. I would need to give 2 weeks notice for them to find a replacement.
