Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey Mums and Dads, I am a 28yr old mummy nanny looking for part time work to substitute some hours that my regular nanny family no longer need me for. I love looking after children and have been babysitting/working in childcare/volunteering and nannying for over 10 years now. I have worked for many different families in the past 10 years, in which I still have contact with and regularly babysit. I absolutely love forming close relationships with children and getting to understand/ know them. I believe after my extensive experience with nannying/volunteering and working in a childcare centre that I can communicate well with children of all ages. I now have my own baby boy who is 2.5yrs old and am most interested in roles which allow me to bring him with me as he doesn’t attend childcare, this position is widely known as a “mummy nanny”. I am available part time and for casual babysitting. I also have my own car with full drivers license - I have a rear facing seat (can be turned around), forward facing seat and a booster seat available for use. I have a pram which I can turn into a double pram if needed. Look forward to working with you :)

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Rionach De Bhillis and I’m originally from County Kerry in Ireland, currently living in Coogee. I have a degree in International Commerce with Hispanic Studies, and I spent a year living in San Sebastián during my Erasmus, which gave me great experience meeting new people and adapting to different environments. For the last two and a half years, I have worked in a stockbroking firm, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and responsibility skills. Alongside my professional experience, I’ve always loved working with children and have previous babysitting experience back home in Ireland. I’m friendly, caring, reliable, and active. I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, playing tennis, and encouraging kids to have fun and stay active too. I can also cook, help with cleaning and household tasks, and create a safe, positive environment for children. I’m easy-going, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping families however I can.

I have been working casually as a nanny for the past 4 years and genuinely love working with children. I would describe myself as calm, observant, nurturing and playful. My experience includes teaching ballet to 3–5 year olds, working as an occupational therapy assistant and support worker for children with disabilities, and currently caring for women and newborns through my midwifery studies. I’m reliable, warm, and enjoy creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

Hi, my name is Millie, I am a recent English Literature graduate and am hoping to find a family I can support in any way they need! I have over ten years of experience in childcare, have a valid WWCC and am 'HLTAID012 Childcare First Aid and CPR training'. I would describe myself as extremely kind, caring and compassionate whilst also being highly energetic, organised and attentive. I greatly value fun, joy and laughter; I am very passionate about childcare and the children entrusted into my care, with their safety and joy being of utmost importance to me. I would regard myself as gentle with strong leadership skills; I am also highly reliable and trustworthy - my previous role as a domestic cleaner and house sitter relied on trust between the families and myself. One of my more recent roles in childcare was as a children's educator at an 'OFSTED’ rated “Excellent” kindergarten in London for children aged 0-4 years old. I enjoyed working with a variety of ages within the kindergarten setting: working with the babies was a great learning experience in so many ways and I regard myself as highly competent when it comes to looking after babies and toddlers. I had previously volunteered weekly for a creche, worked as a 'Camp Counsellor' for a summer camp in America, and again for two different camps in the UK over a period of several years, amongst many other roles in childcare but working with the babies, toddlers and young children at the kindergarten allowed me to develop in a even more professional capacity. I am now highly competent when it comes to changing a baby, toddler or child safely, managing safe mealtimes for children of all ages, safely putting a baby, toddler or child down to sleep (and constantly monitoring them whilst they slept) and monitoring babies and toddlers whilst they play, allowing them to discover their surroundings independently whilst supporting them and constantly remaining vigilant to their movements, amongst many other areas of baby care. Furthermore, it was always so wonderful to see the children progress in their confidence, and supporting the parents in any way we could was so important to me. Constant communication with the parents enabled me to understand the children in our care, helping us to adapt in any way we could do accommodate the child’s needs whilst making sure they developed socially alongside their peers. I enjoy a range of sports, and consider myself to be a very sporty person; I was described by a previous employer at my most recent job as having ‘a constant abundance of energy and joy’ and at the nursery I worked at, I loved spending time being active in the garden with the children. I am also an extremely vigilant person and always regard the safety of a child/children in my care extremely highly; I previously worked as a lifeguard, and the role enforced for me the importance of being attentive, alert, aware and cautious in the workplace. I have a great passion for reading and encouraging young children to read and enjoy literature. Nourishing creativity in young children and young people is very important to me, and previous volunteering at the local church for an event named ‘Messy Church’ and helping out with ‘Kidschurch’ at the same church weekly, meant I was constantly able to improve on my ability to imagine new ways in which children could explore their own creativity through arts and crafts. I believe that all children deserve gentleness, kindness and a high level of quality care and I believe I can provide this!

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am a highly dedicated and experienced childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth, development, and emotional well-being. I am excited to apply for the Nanny/Housekeeping role with your family, where I can provide nurturing and structured care while offering reliable household management and tailored family support. Having grown up in Randwick and now living in Maroubra, I am very familiar with the Eastern Suburbs, including its parks and beaches. I am an everyday driver, confident in safely transporting children to daycare, activities, or local outings. My car comfortably accommodates two baby seats and has plenty of boot space for groceries or toys that come along for the ride. My childcare journey began as an aerial coach for children aged 4–17, where I developed patience, mentorship, and adaptive teaching skills. This inspired me to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and work as a full-time educator at Goodstart Early Learning, gaining hands-on experience in routines, developmental activities, and play-based learning. Since then, I have expanded into private nannying, supporting two families: one on a full-time basis with two boys aged 10 months and 3.5 years, and another on an ad hoc basis, caring for a girl aged 11 months and a 3.5-year-old boy. I am committed to fostering children’s independence, confidence, and emotional regulation through structured routines, guided autonomy, and engaging play. I also have experience supporting children with disabilities and special needs, adapting activities to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments. Alongside childcare, I bring strong household management skills and a keen attention to detail, including meal preparation, laundry, organisation, scheduling, and maintaining a calm, tidy home. I take pride in anticipating family needs and ensuring the household runs smoothly, so parents can feel supported and at ease. I hold current First Aid, CPR, and SIDS qualifications, a P1 Australian Driver’s Licence with my own vehicle, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I would be delighted to bring my energy, warmth, and organisation to support your children and household. Thank you for considering my application. I would love the opportunity to meet you and discuss how I can contribute to your family’s daily life, routines, and overall well-being.
