Hi! My name is Georgia, and Iβm a second-year Bachelor of Primary Education student at Macquarie University with a genuine passion for working with children.
I have over two years of experience working in Before & After School Care (BASC), where I cared for children of a range of ages in a safe, fun and supportive environment. I now work as a School Learning Support Officer (SLSO) across two NSW public schools, supporting students both in the classroom and through individual learning programs. This has given me valuable experience working with children of all abilities, including those with Autism, ADHD and other additional support needs.
Alongside my professional experience, I have extensive babysitting and nannying experience and love building positive relationships with children and their families. I'm warm, reliable, patient and proactive, and I'm happy to help with meal preparation, homework, school pick-ups, activities, bedtime routines and light household tasks related to the children. I hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid and CPR certification, a National Police Check and can provide excellent references upon request. *Please note:* As I currently work part-time as an SLSO and study full-time at university, I am available for casual babysitting, evening care and weekend work.
