Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi I’m Natalie! I have a great passion for kids and genuinely enjoy nannying. I’m currently studying a bachelor of communications (media business and strategic communication) at UTS. Over the years, I’ve held five long-term nanny roles requiring a high level of care, organisation, and adaptability. Most recently, I’ve been working as a nanny and family assistant for an 11-year-old boy, providing before and after school care as well as managing a variety of household tasks including errands, meal prep, laundry, grocery shopping, and pet care. Simultaneously, I've been nannying for a family of 3 with children aged 5, 6 and 8 in which my role is school drop-off and pickup, then managing the after-school routine. My earlier experience includes caring for younger children as well, including a 4-year-old boy in a private home where I engaged him educational tasks and activities, and a different role providing after-school care for two girls aged 3 and 6, also taking them to after school activities and doing meal prep for the family. Another role I’ve done is overnight care for a 7 year old boy, as well as full school holiday care for a 6 year old girl. I’ve always prioritised emotional safety, and creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel supported and parents feel at ease. I also have experience looking after newborns and under 2’s at my church’s nursery. I’m a caring, responsible, and extremely reliable person with excellent communication skills. I’ve maintained strong and close relationships with every family I’ve worked with, and I bring not only experience but a genuine love for what I do. I hold a current Working With Children Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver’s Licence, and I have my own car. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or if you’d like to have a chat! 😊

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Im 60 .I live in seven hills. I have 4 daughters of my own, all grown up. And three granddaughters. I love animals. Craft. Gardening. Picnics. Being with my family & our pets. I am a fairly experienced lady having nannied - full time (8am - 5pm) for twenty three years in my home - whilst also raising my own four children, for close friends who are school teachers and nurses. I have taught Sunday School for 27 years - (3 years of that time, I led it) and I ran a Tuesday evening girls group for 5- 10 years at the Salvation Army in Blacktown. The Group is called Sunbeams -( like Girl Guides). I am easy going, adaptable and love spontaneity. I love to be kept busy, even if it's just pottering around at home. i have spent many hours just playing with and watching my own grandchildren play. I have worked for 4 agencies in lifestyle Support Worker roles. Often in disability support roles. I worked for 2 years full time, caring for a disabled gentleman, who had cerebral palsy and autism and leukemia. it involved helping him keep his house going (cleaning, shopping, pay bills and taking him to his specialist and therapists and also enjoying some of his family get togethers. I completed a Statement of Attainment course in Community Services at TAFE in 2008. I cared for my 2 little granddaughters - 2 & 4 yrs) so my daughter could return to work 3 days a week. That has finished now as they are in school. I have driven children to and from school in a paid capacity. I was a school crossing guard for a year. Loved that role. I’m really only looking for driving roles now as I’m retired. But am happy to babysit/ nanny as well. Some light housework is okay. Just not vacuuming or washing floors as my vack isnt as young as it used to be. I do like to keep busy. My WWC, Police Check & First Aid cert have obviously all expired , however I’m renewing them at the moment. I can show my previous checks and certificates. And referees.

Updated: 28 Jun 26

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

My name is Sonakshi, and I am a reliable and caring babysitter. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, which gives me a strong foundation in child development, care, and safety. Alongside my studies, I have practical experience working with children of various ages as an educator and babysitter. I hold several important certifications that make me a qualified and trustworthy early childhood service provider. First and foremost, I have the HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certificate, which equips me with skills to handle emergencies like asthma attacks, anaphylaxis, choking, and injuries in children. This training is specifically designed for those working in childcare and ensures safety at all times. I also hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for New South Wales, which confirms that I have passed all required background checks and am legally approved to work with children in Australia. Additionally, I have completed the Child Protection Certificate, which trains me to recognize and respond to any signs of abuse or neglect, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every child. Understanding allergies is crucial when caring for children. I have completed ASCIA Anaphylaxis e-training for Children’s Education and Care, which teaches how to recognize and manage severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis) effectively and calmly. This course prepares me to act immediately and correctly in case of an emergency, including the use of adrenaline auto-injectors. My qualifications also include the Supporting Physical Development in Early Childhood certificate. This focuses on helping children develop their motor skills safely and effectively through play and guided activities, which supports their overall growth and health. I have completed the Overview of Family Assistance Law and the National Law Course, an Australian Government certificate that familiarizes me with legal frameworks, policies, and ethical responsibilities in childcare settings. This knowledge helps me work in line with government regulations and best practices. Working with children with diverse needs requires specific skills, which I have gained through certificates in Child-Centered and Communication-Focused Practice with Children with Disability and Understanding Child Mental Health and Disability. These courses have trained me to communicate effectively, respect individual differences, and support children with disabilities or mental health challenges in a positive and inclusive way. Furthermore, I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, which has enhanced my abilities in providing care and emotional support, hygiene, and safe practices—all essential in both aged care and childcare contexts. I am fluent in English and Hindi, which allows me to communicate well with families from different cultural backgrounds. I take pride in being punctual, organized, and responsible, always following instructions carefully and creating a warm, trusting atmosphere for children. My practical experience includes caring for children’s daily needs such as feeding, hygiene, play, homework assistance, and bedtime routines. I also help with light household duties related to childcare, such as meal preparation and tidying. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment. In all my work, I focus on building positive relationships with children and parents. I believe a good babysitter not only looks after children’s safety but also supports their emotional well-being, independence, and creativity through age-appropriate activities and attentive care. I am flexible with my availability and can provide care for short or long periods. Families can trust that I bring a professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable approach to every babysitting role. With my combination of formal education, extensive certifications, and hands-on experience, I am confident in my ability to provide high-quality care that supports children’s growth, safety, and happiness.
