I’m a bubbly, caring and outgoing person that is currently studying a Batchelor of Early Childhood and Primary School Teaching. I’m currently a room leader at an early childhood centre but I’m looking for a babysitting job for a bit of extra money over the holidays and in between university. I enjoy working with children as their so bright and imaginative and so fun to be around and i really enjoy trying to make a difference in a child’s life even if that means putting a smile on their face. I have younger siblings within the ages of 5 to 7 and have previous experience within babysitting, along with previous experience being a dance teacher for an after school dance class within a primary school.

Mothercraft/Maternity Nurse - years of experience with babies & children! I am a registered Tresillian Mothercraft Nurse - trained in 1980 & also did the Parentcraft Certificate through Karitane in 2007. Over MANY years I've had countless Mothercraft jobs specialising in helping families with babies to sort out issues around feeding (breast feeding, weaning etc), sleep & settling. I have worked as a live-out nanny for MANY families & have also done many 24/7 live-in temp jobs filling in for parents who travel for work. The age range of children in these jobs has been 0 - 18 years. At one stage I also worked in a day care setting - in the nursery. I am mum to 3 - now adult sons. I have recently located to Newcastle from regional NSW. I love being close to nature - so when Im not working - you'll generally find me out in the garden or out walking wherever nature is!

I am 19 and have babysat my younger brother since around the age of 15, and also helped look after a friends younger sibling when her family needed help many times. I love being around kids and making sure they can have fun, with safety as a first priority. I’ve taken care of my little cousins many times at family events when the adults wanted time to themselves, and have done that for years. I am an expert at preparing food, and organising kids to meet their schedules, through positive and calm encouragement. I’m very easygoing and bubbly and find that kids enjoy my personable nature.

I'm a mature aged Mum, Widow and a Career Nanny. As a mother of a son who has special needs I have had years of hands on experience with behavioural, developmental, speech, routine, fine and gross motor skills. My car is fitted with child restraint and booster seats. Over the years as a Nanny I have cared for children from 2 week old premmie twins to 15 years of age for twins, triplets, sole child or multiple children. The care has been in the children/s home including overnight or at an allocated venue depending on the family's situation. I thoroughly enjoy interacting and caring for children of all ages.
