I am seeking a p/t nanny's role. I am highly educated and in past 7 years, having successfully and happily worked as a nanny and a child care assistant for children and babies. Also, I have been in education for 39 years. I taught at many primary and secondary education for Casual Teaching, part time or full time (secondary schools) teaching in NSW and previously in VIC for about 15 years in total. I worked for Primary OSH Care Services for a few afternoons/week as a p/t or casual Educator during 2016. I now continue to do Tuesdays with him and he has just turned two. Sole care. Two days a week with a baby boy who was 16 weeks when I started. Mum was diagnosed with PND and needed a calm and reassuring environment. We got baby on an excellent routine and even sleeping through the night. This improved mums confidence incredibly. Mix of sole and shared care. 16 mo girl and mum was still pregnant with the twins so have been there from day 1 for all the newborn loveliness and challenges with the twins. Once twins were 4mo I helped Mum do gentle sleep conditioning with them. I introduced solids via Baby Led Weaning to the twins. I Also helped gentle sleep train toddler for day nap.
