We are looking for a SUPER NANNY & household manager to support two working professionals / parents. We have three children- twin boys aged 11 months and a daughter aged 3. This is a permanent / on going role.
Our daughter will be at 3 year old kinder, 5 days a week however will be present during school holidays or if sick. (Please note, we would also take leave and support you during this time.)
There is some flexibility with days and hours for the right person but we require 3 full-time days:
* 3 - 4 x full days 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
Our ideal nanny would be:
* Kind, patient, nurturing and experienced with babies & toddlers.
* Creative and energetic – playing games, organising activities and helping with skill development.
* Reliable and proactive – able to follow routines, adapt and multi-task.
* Able to prepare healthy age-appropriate meals.
* Organised and demonstrate initiative – prioritise the children but assist with maintaining a tidy, functioning home where possible.
Tasks would include:
* Individual care for twin boys (11 months old).
* Breakfast, lunch and snacks, support with dinner preparation
* Play, age specific activities and park outings
* Light domestic work including laundry, dishwasher, vacuuming/tidying as required (we have a cleaner).
* Grocery & meal management.
* Occasional errands.
We are hands-on parents and one of us would be working from home and would endeavour to finalise the work day by 5pm for handover.
Must have:
* Drivers license
* WWC & First aid
* Previous child educator and nanny experience with young children.
