We are looking for a nanny to help care for our three kids in the afternoons and early evening/s on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. The hours would be roughly 14-16hrs per week although there maybe opportunities to extend this as well as babysitting every so often if it was of interest also. We are located in Beaumaris near Beach Road and Beaumaris concourse /shops and have bus stops 1min walk away. The position could commence ASAP pending a one week trial. Our children; Angus (10) is in grade 5, George (7) is in grade 1, and Harriet (4) is at kinder (and is also toilet trained!). We’ll need your assistance with school and kindy pick-ups (we have a car), which are both located nearby as well as preparing basic nightly meals (which we can assist with) as well as housekeeping and ad hoc errands and domestic duties around the house, as required. We’re looking for someone who likes to have fun, prepare healthy snacks and meals, and wrangle the younger two into the shower after dinner even though they’re all pretty capable themselves. In addition to coordinating fun activities, we’ll need your help washing and folding clothes, emptying the bins when full and ensuring the house is tidy before you leave at the end of the day. There’s an opportunity for this to be a long-term position for the right person. My wife and I are both professionals and the kids are all very well behaved, well mannered, fun and respectful.
