Hi babysitters. My husband and I are seeking a babysitter to look after our son in the morning before school, so I can go to the gym, 2-3 days a week. Hours would be 5.30am-7.30/8am. He will be asleep so you can snooze on the couch, watch tv or chill out ☺️. If he does wake up he can get himself ready or watch tv until I get home.

We’re an easy going family but also have a large, friendly dog.

Sometimes there might be a requirement to pick our son up after school and look after him for an hour or 2 until we come home from work, if we sometimes have to work late. But we can discuss these scenarios as they arise.

Looking for daytime assistance on a Tuesday 9am-5pm, and for a few hours/half day on either Wednesday or Friday mornings for my 6 month old.

Care tasks include changing, feeding (formula and solids), settling her to sleep, pram walks and outdoor play, and indoor playtime to assist with developing her skills.

Experience in skill development and caring for 6 month old babies is essential, along with a driving licence, WWCC, police check, and first aid qualification.

Looking for someone on Tuesdays after school to pick up (315pm) and look after 7 yo boy and his little brother from kinder (4pm) until 6. If possible would also love (drop off) help one morning a week too, flexible on day.

Hi, we are looking for an ongoing amazing person to look after our two youngest children (6 and nearly 10) from school pick up (Yarraville) at our home (Spotswood, 10 min walk or 3 min drive!) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week from 330 to 6pm.

Our 10 yo has mild autism and ADHD and sometimes can be emotional, which is why we have opted down this path instead of continuing with after school care. He's highly sociable and no issue at all conversing with you. Our 6 year old can talk the ear off a donkey and is full of beans in a very positive way.

Both are sporty, great with reading and playing. They don't have screen time during school days/nights so they like to get outside or do craft etc.

If you can give them some snacks, potentially throw a dish in the oven for dinner and get them ready for sport (which is at 6 all three nights! Soccer) that would be amazing.

We do have a very friendly groodle, so you would ideally be dog friendly (and we have 2 rescue cats in case you're allergic!) but they are rarely home during the day (you may never see them!).

We do also have a 17 year old son, but he's living his best life and not around often (year 12, basketball, part time job!) but you'll get to know him as well.

We are looking for a babysitter confident with bedtime routines and who can be patient assisting a toddler go to sleep. You would be caring for two girls, a 16 month old and 5 year old. We would need someone to be available on 30th May from 6pm for about 4-5hours. If it works out well my husband and I would love the freedom of having someone we can call on for the odd night out and afternoon help.

Position May - August, while current babysitter is overseas. Children 6, 4 & 2. Role will be caring for 2 year old boy & 4 year old girl (when not at kinder), based just out of Moriac on plenty of space for activities and explore the outdoors. Full time 6 month position (4 days a week), Flemington/Malvern East

We are looking for someone to care for our two busy children age 1 and 5.

Role from late July – late Jan/early Feb (possibility of ongoing work in 2027 this but will be dependent on our work schedules).

Schedule:
- 4 days a week, Tuesday – Friday, 8am – 6pm
- 38-40 hours a week

Location:
- We are based in Flemington, however will be living with the children’s grandmother and aunt (and two gorgeous dogs) for 10-12 weeks in Malvern East due to a renovation taking place from mid-July. It’s possible we may be able to stage the renovation so that we can return earlier, but at this stage we would prioritise someone who is flexible on the location.
- Our Flemington location is less than 5 minutes walk from Newmarket station, and similar distance from a 57 tram stop
- Our Malvern East location is 15 minutes walk from Caulfield station and less than 5 minutes walk from a number 3 tram stop
- A car is not essential for this role
Pay rate: $35-42/hour

Tasks, in addition to usual care of the children:
- When based in Flemington, local drop off and pick up of our 5 year old at sessional kinder 2 days a week (we will manage kinder drop off and pick up ourselves while we are in Malvern East).
- Light housework related to the children: helping them to clear up after meals and at the end of the day; assisting with washing/drying/putting away their laundry – 1-2 loads a week. Running the dishwasher at the end of the day. Support with their meal prep is desirable but not essential.
- Daily outing e.g. trips to local playgrounds, library story time.
