The role

We are looking for someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of our children’s week.

Responsibilities include:

• Kindergarten and school pick-ups
• Transporting and supporting Spencer at his exercise class and prep readiness class
• Supporting after-school routine
• Preparing simple snacks and meals
• Reading homework reader with Lacey
• Engaging in play, conversation and age-appropriate activities.

A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential. Car seat will be provided where required.

Hours

Wednesday:
• Approximately 8:00am–4:00pm/5:00pm

Tuesday:
• 2:45pm–4:45pm one week
• 2:45pm–6:45pm the alternate week

The shorter Tuesday shift may be extended for the right candidate if a longer minimum shift is preferred.

About you

To meet In Home Care requirements, applicants must:

• Hold a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, OR

Employment arrangement

The successful applicant will subcontract through our existing In Home Care provider. This is a straightforward arrangement and we are happy to assist the right person in understanding the process, including obtaining an ABN if required.

My 4 year old attends kinder on these days and therefore the job would include drop off and pick up. It is only a 10-15min walk so no car needed if you don't drive. The main responsibility would be to look after my 1 year old, so you need to be confident looking after this age. I work from home on these days so I would be here if you ever needed any support. You would need to change her nappy, feed her lunch, a bottle, put her down for a nap and of course play with her while she is awake. We have parks and the beach near by so if it's a nice day feel free to take her on an adventure outside.

My son is a chilled 3 mth old baby. I need someone for a few hours either Saturdays or Sundays fortnightly so I can get things done around the house and elsewhere. Occasionally I would offer a 5-6 hrs shift so I can get out on my motorbike.

Looking for nanny to care my two boys 10 and 6.5 years old. They are quite independent and very well-behaved. As I am going to start my full time Master degree, we really need help with school pick up at 3pm, followed by sending older brother to his ballet class. School is at Warranwood, home at Nunawading and ballet school at Vermont. We prefer someone who is happy to do some simple cleaning like unstack and put dirty dishes into dish washer, put clothes into washing machine, sweeping floors etc.
