Hi everyone I’m re-posting my last job ad but with an update. We have had a usual sitter, who is doing a placement for four weeks from August 24, until the end of term 3. After she comes back for a few weeks she is going to wind up to start the career she has been training for. We wish her the very best.
This means that we have two opportunities coming up: a 4-week one and a more long term opportunity is coming up, from roughly term 4, Monday 5 October 2026.
I have three kids in primary school this year: twins in grade one and a son in grade four. We live in Frankston South. During both of these stints we are looking for someone to pick them up from school two nights a week, to take them home to cook dinner, before my husband or I get home. Usual hours required are 3-7pm, Monday and Thursday. However if you’re the right fit but those two days of the week don’t work, I might be able to alter the days I go into the office. So please don’t be put off by this.
I'm hoping that there's an experienced nanny available who can help with this. Ideally someone who likes to mix up the usual after school business as usual (like doing readers, chilling and dinner prep) with occasional walks, kicking the soccer ball, baking or arts and crafts.
On a Thursday we may need you to drop off our eldest son to Cubs on your way home. But we would organise that with you on in advance (and it’s local).
Also please note, I don't actually mind if you're a smoker, but ideally not around the kids. I look forward to hearing from you if you can see yourself enjoying this role. :) Natasha
