Our famiy of 4 is looking for a warm, reliable babysitter for our two children, a 7-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl for an upcoming afternoon/evening wedding, with the hope of finding someone we can use ongoing for future babysitting too for consistency.
Our kids are very active, fun and affectionate, and we’re hoping to find someone who is both fun and engaging, that will play with them, while also being caring, calm and nurturing. They haven’t had many babysitters before and can be anxious about being left with people they are not familair or comfortable with initially, so we’d love someone really patient and gentle who can help them feel comfortable and safe.
The role for the wedding would mainly involve dinner, playtime, bedtime routine and being with them while we’re out for the evening. We’d also ideally love to find someone who may be open to helping with some weekday mornings from time to time as well to assist with the busy mornings before work and school and some general housekeeping.
Located in Strathmore Heights (3041). Previous babysitting/childcare experience preferred, along with a WWCC and references if available.
