Our current Nanny has been with us for 4 years while studying for her teaching degree which she is just finishing.

We are looking for someone we can get to know and can help with after school activities, lunch boxes and laundry with occasional weekend sitting.
Would be lovely to find someone our girls can be friends with now they are a little older.
Flexible on days but i do have some course commitments which require confirmed days twice a term.

Ideally you have a car, a working with children's check and first aid certificate (or willing to get a WWCC and First Aid Cert in the first month).
About the job:
Minimum 2 afternoons per week, 3.15pm - 5.30pm which includes pick up from school, dinner and bedtime routine.
Some weeks may be 3 days or may be later than 5.30pm. I will always provide notice the week before of days/hours required and will work with you to be flexible to your needs as well, whether that be studying, holidays or other jobs you might have.
If for whatever reason I need to cancel the day of, I'll still pay you for 2 hours to cover the late cancellation.
It would be great if you can also help out occasionally on school holidays or weekends, but it's not a deal breaker.

Hi - we are a busy family of five who need assistance looking after our 18 month old, 5 year old and 7 year old on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am until 5:30-6ish.
Both days involve school drop and pick up and then caring for my two youngest. On Tuesdays there is also basketball after school.
We would love someone who is creative and loves doing activities with the children (including getting outdoors and taking them to the park). They have vastly different personalities so you need to be able to speak with them and engage with them differently , creatively and compassionately and sometimes be a mediator ! It will really come down to how well you can interact with them and really how much they gravitate towards you.

I have a beautiful 15 month old boy who we will need some help with as we run our family business. We currently have two beautiful Nanny’s that have been with us since Noah was 10 weeks old. I am looking for a babysitter to care for my 1 year old boy (born Jan 2024) 1 day a week (either Mon, Tues or Wed) in Elwood while my husband and I are at work. He goes to childcare Thurs/Fri each week. We’d also be looking for some additional casual babysitting hours on top of the regular weekday eg 4-6 hours once a fortnight on a weekend or evening.
Our son is a smiley, inquisitive and adventurous child. He loves the outdoors and being active. He has recently started walking and loves going on trips to loval playgrounds.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable preparing food and feeding our child, bathing him, taking him to the playground or park and setting up activities or toys for him to play with. Ideally we’d also like the person to assist with household tasks or food preparation while he naps for ~2-3 hours each day.

Hello - we are a family of 5 located in Ashburton. We have three beautiful children - 9 y/o girl, 8 y/o boy and a 6 y/o boy - and are looking for a nanny to help with before and after school care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We would also love to have someone who can stay a few hours while the children are at school to help with general household tasks related to the kids (ie - meal prep, laundry, baking of school snacks, etc).
Specific timing would be 7:15 am to 9:15 am and then from 3 pm to 6 pm. The additional hours to cover general tasks is flexible and we're happy to make the timing suit your schedule.
In the mornings (7:15 - 9:15 am) we are specifically looking for someone to assist with getting the kids ready for school and assist in drop off. There may be time for meal prep or after school snack prep. We are less than a 5 min walk to school so no driving required.
The afternoons (3 pm - 6 pm) will include gathering after-school snacks, assisting in school pick-up (3:30 pm), and taking the kids to activities. We will provide the car for transport and most activities are about a 10 min drive from our home. When home from activities we'll need help getting them showered and some dinner prep.
