After collecting the children from school/sport, main duties would be folding washing, preparing evening meal, perhaps a bit of ironing or prepping lunchbox snacks or some local errands. The boys have their own chores to help contribute, and need an adult nearby to ask, should they need help with homework but otherwise are pretty self-sufficient.

Caring for two boys, 5 & 7: play, dinner (ready to eat), bedtime routine (no bath, just pj's and brush teeth) etc. Very easy and mostly they play independently or do homework, you will simply keep an eye on them while hubby and I work - we will be around for any q's etc.
Ideally you will work Thursday and/or Tuesday evenings, 5 - 7:30 with no housework, or if you're willing to do light housework 3:45 - 7:15.
If you are interested in doing housework, it will be mostly: packing away toys, vacuum living/play areas, occasional laundry folding/pack, wipe down kitchen, wipe flat surfaces/mirrors, no heavy cleaning since we have a regular cleaner. But with two boys the house always gets messy.

The role includes preparing breakfast for kids, getting them ready for the day, dropping off and picking up our daughter from kindergarten (700m down the road) and taking care of our Son (feeding, playing, putting to sleep for nap, taking out for outings to library, park, playgroups and classes).
