We are a family of 4...my Husband and I have two gorgeous kids; a 3 year old girl and a nearly 2 year old boy.
We have had a long term nanny with us who has had to leave suddenly for unfortunate reasons to focus on her own family so we're looking for another wonderful nanny to join our family.
We both work full time. Our daughter is at kindergarten and our Son is at home.
We are looking for aN experienced, fun loving nanny who loves kids and gets joy from seeing them laugh, learn and grow. Ideally someone trained in early childhood and experienced in supporting the development of young ones.
The role includes preparing breakfast for kids, getting them ready for the day, dropping off and picking up our daughter from kindergarten (700m down the road) and taking care of our Son (feeding, playing, putting to sleep for nap, taking out for outings to library, park, playgroups and classes). Other duties include preparing kids meals, packing Kindergarten lunchbox, laundry, unstacking and stacking dishwasher/keeping kitchen clean and tidy, keeping lounge room and kids rooms tidy (picking up toys etc). We have a cleaner 1 x per week so no deep cleaning is required but a light vacuum of living areas once a week or so between cleans is appreciated.
If it is preferred, we have a later start on Mondays and earlier finish on Fridays. We can also aim to have you finish earlier when we can get home earlier (between 5-6pm) however flexibility is preferred.
We have a car for you to use with the kids.
We value our nanny/'s so much. We don't have any family support in Melbourne so you're really a big part of our lives and the reason we can work and enjoy a beautiful family at the same time.
