We are looking for a wonderful addition to the family to help two busy working parents. We find it difficult to manage all the pick ups with our work schedules, + after school activities. Our current nanny helped us greatly by spending some extra time after the morning rush helping us to reset the house which made the week go really smoothly so we'd love to find someone that might be happy to do some light housework (dishes, tidying kids toys) that will help us reset after the kids go off to school.
Someone with flexibility in schedule would be great as needs may vary a little week to week. One parent travels each week (Thursday and Friday). We can commit to min hours as needed.

We're Ali and Alexei and we're hoping to find someone to help us on Mondays to take care of our two boys. Our eldest, Luca, is 3 and our youngest, Remy, is 1 and 4 months. Ali has been taking care of the boys every Monday but sadly recently was in a car accident that meant her leg is now broken and will need help every Monday with the boys. Luca is a rambunctious, imaginative, very spirited but loving child who will be your best friend in rapid time if you're willing to go along with his shenanigans and love of whatever has taken his fancy that week. Remy is a happy, easy-go-lucky and loving little baby who warms to people quite quickly and generally loves to be taken on adventures with his big brother, whether it's just to the yard or to the nearby park. We've got a reasonably sized house, an overabundance of toys and a very big front and back-yard as well as garage that's been turned into a playspace for the kids to play in. We're not fussed about cooking or cleaning and really just need someone to be there for the boys :) Also worth noting that Luca is an exceptionally fussy eater so cooking is a bit of a lost cause for him.

Looking for a highly organised, caring and fun person who can help our busy family by supporting the school pick-up / after school routine for one full day per week (starting around 2:30pm or earlier by negotiation, for additional home organisation / help).
We have two girls: a happy, content and inquisitive 2 year old and a confident, friendly and creative 6 year old. We also have an adorable small family dog (spaniel) who loves people so you must be comfortable dealing with her.
Regular hours would be Thursdays approximately 2:30pm to 7pm, or earlier start for additional home help by negotiation. Options of additional afternoons / evenings from time to time and potential but not requirement for additional hours during school holidays.

Our 2 year old child is very happy and relaxed, loves sensory play, music and getting outdoors. She attends daycare around a 15 minute drive from our home. We also have a 6 year old at a nearby school about 5 minutes drive / 10 minutes tram away. We will provide access to our car & car seat. Our 6 year old is very into music, stories, sport and games. My husband and I work full time, often from home, but are usually stuck at our desks most of the time.
At 2:30 you’d arrive at our home, organise school lunch boxes then pick up from kinder and child care using our car, bringing the children home, run some fun after school activities eg games, craft, outdoor play, and then running the dinner / bathtime routine. Sometimes the kids will have play dates or be picked up by us, but usually still home by 5pm.
Option to start earlier If you’ve got particular skills or interests in organising / tidying / general light household management, to keep the kids toys and clothes in order; do meal prep or the like. We have a longstanding weekly cleaner so you’re not expected to do do heavier cleaning. If you’re happy to take our dog for a short walk that would be great too, but not essential.
You would need to have a drivers licence, WWC and child first aid (though we are happy to support you in obtainjng first aid cert. for a auccessful candidate).
The right fit with us and our family is more important than your level of experience or qualifications, though references are preferred. I am looking for a babysitter to care for my 1 year old boy (born Jan 2024) 1 day a week (either Mon, Tues or Wed) in Elwood while my husband and I are at work.
