Part-time Nanny position
Location: Montmorency
Hours: Tuesdays 9am till anywhere between 1pm-3pm ( it may change)

We are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced nanny to look after our 2yo (3 in Jan) in Montmorency. I (mum) work from home, we also do have a little dog, so you must be comfortable with little dogs.

Your role will include:

- Providing engaging and nurturing age appropriate activites that supports development

- Support my childs daily routine including feeding, play and nap times

- Ensure a safe, clean and nurturing environment. Hygeine and cleanliness is very important to us as is the safety and priority of our child

- Support a clean and gluten free dietary requirements

What we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 year experience in nannying outside of looking after family members

- A caring and nurturing approach

- You must be able to provide a driver license or passport, WWC, Police check and first aid certificate

On-going position, starting Oct 20th

Ten-year-old twins and twelve-year-old sibling. Semi-regular Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon / evening shifts, paid according to the award at casual rates.

Beginning at 2:45pm, involving school pick up (driving in our car from Eltham to Nunawading and back) and transport to extra-curricular activities locally, with shift finish time ranging from 4:45pm to 9:15pm, depending on my own roster at work.

I often have casual shifts available throughout the week, so extra work is likely to be available.

My wife and I are hoping to find a caring nanny for our two daughters Elin 4 and Esther 2. We live in the Macedon ranges. We are after someone who can come and look after them at our house 3-4 days per week (Mon-Fri), days tbc, between about 9am-5pm. Elin is at kinder two days per week so on those days you will only need to look after Esther. There won’t be any household tasks involved (except helping the girls clean up their toys) and possibly light meal prep. Either myself or Sofia will be working from our home office so you will always have an another adult there if needed, for example for breaks. Sofia works in HR and I work in marketing. The girls haven’t had a babysitter before but Elin absolutely adores her kinder teachers and is very excited about the prospect of having another adult to play with on the days not at kinder. We are looking for a nanny to look after our 1.5yr old boy for one day fortnightly (ideally Wednesdays, or potentially Fridays), starting in September (can be flexible with starting date). Shift lengths ~8-10 hours per day.

Potential scope for further care days in the future, and ad hoc babysitting.

We are looking for a person with excellent references, full drivers licence, and relevant experience who is aiming to commit to a family as the child grows.

While your focus would be on our bub we would love someone who could also contribute to the household and do some light tidying, food preparation, etc when time allows. You would be warm, kind, responsible, good at communicating, organised and able to take initiative with child activities and household tasks.

We are a busy welcoming family in Macleod, including a 6 year old very friendly cat (who you would not be responsible for).

$35 per hour, with potential to increase to $40 per hour depending on your experience and level of household responsibility.

Hi I’m seeking nanny/ babysitter for my gorgeous 4 year old daughter to help with childcare drop off & pick up on a Thursday each week in Warrandyte. Occasionally to be flexible with tue/ Wed pick ups as I work on call sometimes. You would need a drivers licence and your own car. A valid working with children’s check and ideally police check. We are looking for a kind, caring and reliable nanny to look after our 7 month old baby boy on Tuesday and Wednesdays between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm. Ideally, we would also love someone who is occasionally available in the evenings for date nights or family dinners (we will give plenty of notice).

Our little boy is at such a fun age and loves being outside (not crawling yet). He is very easily entertained at the moment, even watching us hang up the laundry from below is apparently a great activity! We would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with him, playing with him, getting outdoors, coming up with age appropriate activities and taking initiative. He is currently a very good napper, which is why we are looking for a later start, and there may be stretches of around two hours while he sleeps.

I will be working from home and my in laws will also be home, so support will always be nearby if needed. That said, we are really looking for someone who is confident taking the lead while caring for him. Most importantly, we would love to find someone he can get to know and form a genuine bond with, and who will become a familiar and trusted part of his routine (as he is slow to trust!).

We would ideally love someone to start soon, but we are not in a rush and would much rather wait to find the right person who is a great fit for our family and our little boy. We are therefore happy to be flexible on the start date for the right person.

Fee is flexible: AUD36-40 depending on experience
