We are looking for a bubbly energetic, reliable and very organized person to care for our 3 wonderful girls and help manage our busy household in Brighton East.
Our girls are in Grades 4, 8 and 10 and are as such are quite self sufficient therefore the main activities would be:
- Pick ups/drop offs from school and after school activities (Mon - Thurs)
- Assisting with homework if needed (Grade 4)
- Preparing dinners each night
- Light cleaning/tidying including hanging out and folding washing, emptying the dishwasher etc
- Additional tasks as required to make the household run smoothly e.g. supermarket shop etc
- Organizing activities and actively engaging with the kids during the holidays
The days/hours each week wont vary often from week to week and will look similar to this:
Monday - 2:30pm - 7pm
Tuesday - 2:30pm - 8:30pm
Wednesday - 2:30 - 7:00pm
Thursday - 2:30pm - 8:30pm
There may also be additional hours during school holidays and maybe the occasion night out if you are looking to earn a little more.
Please note that we would ideally be looking for someone local within 5km of Brighton East who has their own car. An additional payment will be added each week to help cover petrol costs (although 95% of all activities are around Bayside)

I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 10 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. Mainly looking for Sundays 3pm-8pm and school holidays with the possibility of increasing to a week night in the future as well. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience but this is highly regarded. You would need to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Please note a drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role. Caring for two boys, 5 & 7: play, dinner (ready to eat), bedtime routine (no bath, just pj's and brush teeth) etc. Very easy and mostly they play independently or do homework, you will simply keep an eye on them while hubby and I work - we will be around for any q's etc.
Ideally you will work Thursday and/or Tuesday evenings, 5 - 7:30 with no housework, or if you're willing to do light housework 3:45 - 7:15.
If you are interested in doing housework, it will be mostly: packing away toys, vacuum living/play areas, occasional laundry folding/pack, wipe down kitchen, wipe flat surfaces/mirrors, no heavy cleaning since we have a regular cleaner. But with two boys the house always gets messy.

We both work full time. Our daughter is at kindergarten and our Son is at home.
We are looking for aN experienced, fun loving nanny who loves kids and gets joy from seeing them laugh, learn and grow. Ideally someone trained in early childhood and experienced in supporting the development of young ones.
The role includes preparing breakfast for kids, getting them ready for the day, dropping off and picking up our daughter from kindergarten (700m down the road) and taking care of our Son (feeding, playing, putting to sleep for nap, taking out for outings to library, park, playgroups and classes). Other duties include preparing kids meals, packing Kindergarten lunchbox, laundry, unstacking and stacking dishwasher/keeping kitchen clean and tidy, keeping lounge room and kids rooms tidy (picking up toys etc). We have a cleaner 1 x per week so no deep cleaning is required but a light vacuum of living areas once a week or so between cleans is appreciated.
If it is preferred, we have a later start on Mondays and earlier finish on Fridays. We can also aim to have you finish earlier when we can get home earlier (between 5-6pm) however flexibility is preferred.
We have a car for you to use with the kids.

They are definitely full of fun energy so someone who enjoys to get out to a playground or somewhere fun with them but also interact with them at the house and keep them happy. They love eating , playing and having fun. ❤️experience with this age is definitely needed as I want to know that they are safe and in capable hands as I know how much it can be with 3 😂❤️I’m not sure on the hours yet but will always be during the day as they go to bed pretty early so early morning start late arvo finish just want to meet the right fit for us then take the shifts from there. We do currently have another nanny but looking for someone else to work in between the days. They are in care Tuesday and Thursday so won’t be needed for those days.

Take George out for 3–4 hours a couple of times a week to local parks, train rides, beaches, or the Beaumaris Playhouse (we're members).

Occasional short periods of care for the baby (e.g. while we pop to the gym or rest) – but this is not the main focus initially.
