Our amazing nanny Lucy is heading back home to Scotland in June, and while we’ll miss her hugely, we’re looking for someone just as kind, capable, and down-to-earth to join our family long-term.
We’ve got three awesome kids and a busy household, and we’re looking for a nanny/family assistant who’s practical, warm, and great with kids.
The Role – What We Need Help With:
Monday to Thursday, 2.30pm–7.30/8pm
Occasional Fridays during the day
Extra hours/full days during school holidays
You’ll be supporting us during the after-school stretch and helping keep the house ticking along. That includes:
School pickups (you’ll need a full licence – we provide the car)
Hanging with the kids after school – playing, helping with homework, and taking them to activities
Helping getting dinner sorted and school lunches packed - need to be competent in the kitchen.
Light household duties – tidying kids’ rooms, laundry, changing bed sheets, grocery shopping and keeping them pantry full
> (We’ve got a cleaner – so this is more about keeping the kids' stuff under control than doing deep cleans.)
You’ll be great for this role if you:
Genuinely enjoy being around kids and know how to connect with them
Speak fluent English – so you can help with homework and have easy chats with the kids
Are confident behind the wheel – driving is a must
Have some nanny or childcare experience, and can step into the flow of a family home

We have three little boys, Charlie 4, Henry 2 and Billy who is 4months (born November 2024). So we are a very busy household looking for an extra pair of hands to help our day to day run smoothly.
Looking for someone who is able to help take the older boys to their activities (Tuesday for a half day morning and Friday a full day) , or alternatively stay home with the baby so I am able to spend some time with them at their activities. Henry and Charlie are both in daycare and kinder a few days a week and we are also looking for someone to help out with some pickups (around 4:30pm -7:30pm) 2-3 evenings a week (flexible with days and finish time!)
Also looking for someone who is able to look after Billy on occasion so I can duck out and get some things done during the week when the others are in care. Further to this - availability for the odd date night and weekend work is an added bonus too!

Hi - we are a busy family of five who need assistance looking after our 18 month old, 5 year old and 7 year old on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am until 5:30-6ish.
Both days involve school drop and pick up and then caring for my two youngest. On Tuesdays there is also basketball after school.

We have a beautiful little girl called Matilda who was born on the 31st December so is almost 4 months old. We are looking for a part time nanny to start in July (with some casual babysitting from now until then) as I return to part time work post maternity leave.

They have vastly different personalities so you need to be able to speak with them and engage with them differently , creatively and compassionately and sometimes be a mediator ! It will really come down to how well you can interact with them and really how much they gravitate towards you.

I am looking for a babysitter to care for my 1 year old boy (born Jan 2024) 1 day a week (either Mon, Tues or Wed) in Elwood while my husband and I are at work. He goes to childcare Thurs/Fri each week. We’d also be looking for some additional casual babysitting hours on top of the regular weekday eg 4-6 hours once a fortnight on a weekend or evening.
Our son is a smiley, inquisitive and adventurous child. He loves the outdoors and being active. He has recently started walking and loves going on trips to loval playgrounds.

We are looking for a regular nanny/housekeeper for our 3 children in Northcote. Our kids are 2 yrs old (day care), 6 yrs old (Yr 1) and 8 yrs old (Yr 3).
We are looking for someone who can commit to:
- Tuesdays 7:30am - 6:00pm - to look after our 2 yr old all day and do school drop off/pick up for the older ones - $30/hr, $315 total
- Wednesdays 7:00am - 10:30am, return 3:00 - 7:00pm - to do school/day care drop off/pick up and household chores - $35/hr - $265 total
The job would involve getting the kids ready for school and day care, dropping the kids off in the car, and then coming back to do light cleaning/housekeeping for 2hrs on the Weds. On the Tuesday it would involve looking after our 2 yr. old for the whole day, then picking up the older kids from school at 3:30, keeping the house tidy for the day and some minor jobs where possible.
We have a professional cleaner, however looking for someone to tidy the kitchen, change bedsheets, wash and fold laundry, pack school lunches, pack away toys, sweep the floor, etc. Specifically, someone that has initiative to tidy and organise the house as needed.
