Its very important to be talkative and engaging as she feels more comfortable with such personalities. We are looking for a wonderful addition to the family to help two busy working parents. We find it difficult to manage all the pick ups with our work schedules, + after school activities. Our current nanny helped us greatly by spending some extra time after the morning rush helping us to reset the house which made the week go really smoothly so we'd love to find someone that might be happy to do some light housework (dishes, tidying kids toys) that will help us reset after the kids go off to school.
