Hello - we are a family of 5 located in Ashburton. We have three beautiful children - 9 y/o girl, 8 y/o boy and a 6 y/o boy - and are looking for a nanny to help with before and after school care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We would also love to have someone who can stay a few hours while the children are at school to help with general household tasks related to the kids (ie - meal prep, laundry, baking of school snacks, etc).
Specific timing would be 7:15 am to 9:15 am and then from 3 pm to 6 pm. The additional hours to cover general tasks is flexible and we're happy to make the timing suit your schedule.
In the mornings (7:15 - 9:15 am) we are specifically looking for someone to assist with getting the kids ready for school and assist in drop off. There may be time for meal prep or after school snack prep. We are less than a 5 min walk to school so no driving required.
The afternoons (3 pm - 6 pm) will include gathering after-school snacks, assisting in school pick-up (3:30 pm), and taking the kids to activities. We will provide the car for transport and most activities are about a 10 min drive from our home. When home from activities we'll need help getting them showered and some dinner prep.

We are a family of three and would like to find someone to look after our almost two year old Luna, two times a week preferably in the mornings from 8am until she goes to bed around 12pm on Mondays and Thursdays. These days are flexible slightly if someone is the right fit and these days don’t suit. We would also like Luna’s nanny to be free occasionally on either a Saturday or Sunday, once every 6 weeks.
Luna loves books, walking, running, playing at the park, using her bike and scooter, drawing, stickers, puzzles, blocks, and engaging with other kids. She is a delight to look after and has a tonne of personality. Luna’s snacks and meals will be all prepared for her and ready in the fridge.
Hello , for some help with our three boys. Mostly weekend work (during the day) as a extra set if hands as my husband travels alot for work and also works weekends. But for the right candidate there will Be a option for more babysittign afterschool etc. As i mentioned I have 3 boys (8,6yoand 2.5yo) the boys have sports on Thursday and friday nigths and also on the weekend, so i will often need you to come with me to help with my toddler or help drive the older two around . We are a family of four, looking for an experienced infant nanny for TWO weekdays (can be flexible which days) per week of care for our baby daughter. She will be approximately six months old at the time of commencement in mid May 2025 - to support mother's return to work. Our eldest daughter is five years old and attends a local primary school - pick up from school by nanny not essential but would be helpful to have as a back up. We also have an eight year old greyhound who is very placid and sleeps all day.
Hours are also somewhat flexible but need to cover at least between 8:15am and 5pm on both days. We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to the position for at least 12 months.
We would also like to ensure that there can be a 1-2 week period of shadowing prior to mother's return to work on 26th of May.

Hello, looking for a nanny for my baby boys and to give me balance. They are definitely full of fun energy so someone who enjoys to get out to a playground or somewhere fun with them but also interact with them at the house and keep them happy. They love eating , playing and having fun. ❤️experience with this age is definitely needed as I want to know that they are safe and in capable hands as I know how much it can be with 3 😂❤️I’m not sure on the hours yet but will always be during the day as they go to bed pretty early so early morning start late arvo finish just want to meet the right fit for us then take the shifts from there. We do currently have another nanny but looking for someone else to work in between the days. They are in care Tuesday and Thursday so won’t be needed for those days.

I have a beautiful 15 month old boy who we will need some help with as we run our family business. We currently have two beautiful Nanny’s that have been with us since Noah was 10 weeks old. Noah is full of energy and loves to play outside. He will keep you on your toes as he is walking/ running and is very very active. He loves music and our golden retriever Rosie. He is a very happy little man and is generally pretty easy to please.
As I work full time we will also need some help around the house while he naps/ plays independently with some light house chores such as laundry and dishes. We love our current nanny’s and the initiative they take to keep our house in order so that when we come home there isn’t too much for us to do at night.

We have had a long term nanny with us who has had to leave suddenly for unfortunate reasons to focus on her own family so we're looking for another wonderful nanny to join our family.
We both work full time. Our daughter is at kindergarten and our Son is at home.
We are looking for aN experienced, fun loving nanny who loves kids and gets joy from seeing them laugh, learn and grow. Ideally someone trained in early childhood and experienced in supporting the development of young ones.
The role includes preparing breakfast for kids, getting them ready for the day, dropping off and picking up our daughter from kindergarten (700m down the road) and taking care of our Son (feeding, playing, putting to sleep for nap, taking out for outings to library, park, playgroups and classes). Other duties include preparing kids meals, packing Kindergarten lunchbox, laundry, unstacking and stacking dishwasher/keeping kitchen clean and tidy, keeping lounge room and kids rooms tidy (picking up toys etc). We have a cleaner 1 x per week so no deep cleaning is required but a light vacuum of living areas once a week or so between cleans is appreciated.
If it is preferred, we have a later start on Mondays and earlier finish on Fridays. We can also aim to have you finish earlier when we can get home earlier (between 5-6pm) however flexibility is preferred.
We have a car for you to use with the kids.

They have vastly different personalities so you need to be able to speak with them and engage with them differently , creatively and compassionately and sometimes be a mediator ! It will really come down to how well you can interact with them and really how much they gravitate towards you.
Everything else that I would require is the standard police check , wwc , driving , responsibility and safety etc etc !
At the moment it is casual work moving into the holidays and then it’ll be regular !
