We are in search of a babysitter/nanny to help us with our 2 kids (aged 5 & 7) and some light house duties. We live in Indooroopilly near the Gailey 5 ways. Kids attend Ironside.

This would involve drop off at school and pick ups and some light house work (emptying dishwasher, dinner prep, folding washing). Looking at about 8 - 10 hours per week, with a view to increase but also flexible with hours.

Would need to have a car and drivers licence, WWC and police check.

We are looking for someone to provide before school care for our girls 3 mornings a week.

In term 3 (from 14 July) it will only be our 11 year old for specific weeks throughout the term (weeks 1-3, 6, 9 and 10).

In term 4 it will be both our 8 and 11 year olds (grades 3 and 6) for the whole term.

We have had a fabulous uni student nannying for the last 3 years, she gets the kids ready for school, gives them breakfast, packs their lunches and drives them to school. Over the years the role has changed to more driving as our eldest is now at school in Spring Hill, whilst our youngest is still at school in Annerley.

We are negotiable on duties and if additional hours are required, we’d be willing to consider meal prep house work or house sitting as needed.

We are negotiable on which days of the week you want to work, hours are 6:30am to 8:30am in term 3 and 6:30 or 7am to 8:30 or 9am in term 4.

We are offering $40 hr assuming the applicant has their own insured, serviced and safe vehicle.
We’re obviously biased but we think our kids are great, well mannered, used to having a nanny and fun, we’ve also got a dog (Fletcher, a 3 year old field spaniel), and 6 chickens.

Hello! Looking for a reliable babysitter to pick up two amazing kids from West End State School on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every other week and transport back to our house at Tarragindi.

So hours are from 2:45pm (for a 3:00pm pick up) until 5:45pm.

No cleaning is required just, serve up some afternoon snacks from the cupboard and supervise until 5:45pm.

I have a daughter 13.9 yo and a son 8.2 yo. I need assistance with collecting my son (not daughter) at 3:00 pm from Ironside State School, accompanying him on the walk home to Depper Street, and preparing dinner for both children. That is all.

Myself and my partner are full-time creatives working in the music industry. We are finding it difficult to juggle our business and children at the same time. We are often working with a lot of people, having to travel etc and are looking for a long-term babysitter looking for casual work that may be able to be flexible as our schedule changes weekly.
