We are currently seeking to replace our long-standing and deeply valued House Manager/PA/Senior Nanny and are looking for someone who can step confidently into this trusted role. You’ll be working closely with our core team, including our dedicated full-time nanny for the twins, so being collaborative, flexible, and easy-going is essential.
Our family life includes a headstrong and energetic 5-year-old daughter, our sweet twin girls, and an 8-year-old son who stays with us during holidays and occasional weekends. We also share our home with a friendly, affectionate 3-year-old Cavoodle who’s very much part of the family.
We love being active outdoors—whether it’s swimming, bike rides, beach and boat adventures or simply spending quality time together. Travel is a regular part of our lifestyle, both within Australia and internationally, so it’s important that our new team member is comfortable with occasional/frequent travel.

Role Overview
This role is a shared nannying position working alongside an existing full-time family nanny, requiring close collaboration and communication.
We are seeking a highly capable and nurturing Family Manager / Personal Assistant / Senior Nanny to support our family and household in both a hands-on and leadership capacity. This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of childcare expertise, household coordination, and personal assistance. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the structure and flow of the home, providing high-quality care to our children—particularly the busy toddler twins—and ensuring all daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Childcare (Primary focus: Toddler twins and 5 year old)
• Provide attentive, responsive care to our twin girls, ensuring their emotional, physical, and developmental needs are met
• Support routines including fun & stimulating daily activities, napping, changing, and settling
• Assist with the care and routines of 5-year-old and part-time children when needed
• Facilitate outdoor play, age-appropriate activities, and calm, enriching environments
• Support family travel planning and provide care before, during, and after trips
• Household & Family Management
• Coordinate daily household operations, including calendar management, scheduling, errands, and task delegation
• Oversee properties maintenance needs, liaising with trades, service providers, and vendors
• Manage household inventory and supplies, handle restocking and general tidiness
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced
• Organise household systems, maintain order, and ensure a well-run environment
• Personal Assistance
• Manage and coordinate Mum’s and Dad’s personal and family calendars
• Book appointments, travel arrangements, and reservations
• Assist with online orders, errands, returns, and gift sourcing
• Provide administrative support for property management and family logistics
• Light Housework
• Perform light cleaning and tidying in between professional cleaning services
• Oversee laundry, meal prep for children, and daily household upkeep
• Follow the AM/PM Everyday Task checklist to ensure household consistency
• Support training of new household staff as needed
• Liaise daily with household chef, cleaners and gardeners
• Confidentiality & Discretion
• Uphold a high level of privacy, confidentiality, and respect for family boundaries
• Anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and maintain a calm, positive presence
What We’re Looking For
• A career nanny or experienced household/family manager with strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident and experienced in caring for toddlers and multiple children
• Professional, discreet, and respectful with excellent communication and extremely organised
• Strong initiative with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked
• Tech-savvy and familiar with calendar apps, messaging platforms, and basic admin tools
• Pet-friendly and happy to work in a busy, changing environment
• Valid driver’s licence; First Aid/CPR certification preferred, Blue Card
