He is a sensory seeker who loves trucks, water play and books, with some neurodivergent tendencies, and he thrives on consistency, calm and people he knows. That is why we chose in-home care over a centre. Cert III or Diploma in ECEC, current Blue Card and HLTAID012 first aid required. $45 to $60/hr depending on qualifications.
