We’re looking for a lovely nanny/mother’s helper to join our family and help out with our two little ones — a 9-month-old and a 3.5-year-old.

We’re based in Chandler and are looking for someone for around 8–10 hours a week, ideally split across 2 days. We’re pretty flexible with days and times as long as they fall between 9am–5pm.

The role would be a mix of helping with the kids, playing with them and keeping them entertained, and generally being an extra pair of hands around the house when needed.

We’d also love to find someone who might be open to occasional weekend babysitting if it suits, but this isn’t essential.

Pay is $35 an hour.

You’ll need to have a current Working with Children Check/Blue Card, be reliable, confident with babies and young children, and ideally have some previous nannying or childcare experience.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and caring babysitter to help care for our beautiful 5-month-old daughter, Zara. Initially, we’re looking for 2–4 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with flexibility around times. Much of this time I’ll be working from my home office, although I’d also like the option to pop out for errands once we’re all comfortable. Zara is currently breastfed. We also have upcoming day trips to Sydney and Melbourne, so we’d love to find someone who can build a relationship with Zara beforehand and care for her while we’re away if my mum is unavailable. Responsibilities for the 2 year old:
- Feeding, changing, and putting down for a nap
- Taking him to his playgroup on Wednesdays (located nearby)

Our family of 4 has an Aristocats-obsessed 1 year old girl needing care 2 days a week from 8am-5pm. Our video games loving 10 year old boy also requires supervision after school on those days (3-5pm).

We are looking for someone experienced with young infants who is nurturing, attentive, and comfortable working alongside parents at home.

Responsibilities include:
- In home care of the baby, including:
- feeding (Food provided. Basic meal preparation required only, e.g heating food, making sandwiches, etc)
- nappy changes
- settling for naps
- age appropriate play (inside and outside in our backyard)
- general tidying after the baby (e.g bottles, dishes, play area)
- After school snack preparation for the tween (e.g smoothie) and general supervision. [NB no school pickup required]

We are choosing a nanny as keeping our family healthy and free of the sickness that occurs in standard daycare is very important to us. We need a nanny who is respectful of that and will help us keep the family space hygienic (eg don’t come to work sick, wash hands, clean dummies/toys that hit walkways). To help support this, your package includes 4 days paid sick leave per annum (paid as a bonus if not used).

We are a busy family of two working professionals looking for a reliable and friendly mother’s helper for approximately six hours per week, spread over one or two days. We have two children, aged two and four, and a friendly dog, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.

The role would include washing, folding and putting clothes away, tidying their bedrooms and toy room, light ironing, general household organisation and simple meal preparation. We would also appreciate help with the afternoon transition from daycare, including supervising the children, preparing for dinner, and helping with the bath and bedtime routine. We are looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable with young children.

West City Church has an activity-based program for primary/middle-school aged kids that runs during part of our Sunday morning service.

I am putting together a pool of helpers for the program which currently runs on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month in Brisbane City.

Ideally you are dynamic and personable and able to help to deliver a lively, fun session built on games & crafts with a light biblical theme.

There are usually between 4 - 12 kids and you would be working with at least 1 other helper.

We are looking for a temporary nanny while our current nanny is on holidays for one month from 28th July to 28th August. We have 4 children but 3 will be at school and so the major role will be caring for a 3 year old boy and the other 2 girls age 5 and 8 after school. Drivers license and car ideal to pick girls up from school but not essential. We are 1km away from school.
Hours are 7-530 Tuesday, Wednesday and 7-330 Friday but can potentially be flexible if you can only do 2 of these.
