We’re a warm, down-to-earth family looking for a wonderful nanny to join us and care for our curious, energetic 3-year-old, and occasionally our kind and creative 10-year-old daughter.
Our parenting style is grounded in health, connection, and nature-based play. We value time outdoors, imaginative play, and a calm, nurturing environment over screens and busy schedules. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with children in a hands-on, present way—whether that’s exploring outside, reading stories, creating, or simply being in the moment with them.
The role:
2–3 half days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — somewhat flexible)
Occasional weekend babysitting
Primary care for our 3-year-old; occasional care for our 10-year-old
We’re looking for someone who:
Is warm, reliable, and proactive
Takes initiative and enjoys being helpful without needing direction
Values health, nature, and mindful living
Is happy to be hands-on both with the children and around the home
Household support includes:
Folding and putting away washing
Keeping shared spaces tidy
Helping the home run smoothly day-to-day
